1 The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used to construct time-pulse multiplying devices. A pulse-amplitude modulator is known that contains an input modulating signal source, to the output of which there are plug-in series-connected limiting resistor and a transistor switch, whose control input is connected to a source of modulated pulse sequence. Parallel load transistor connected load 13. The disadvantage of such a modulator is the low conversion accuracy, due to the influence of residual parameters such as current and voltage, inherent in the keys on bipolar transistors. The closest in technical essence to the invention is an amplitude-pulse modulator containing the first and second keys on field-effect transistors of different conductivity, which are connected by gates to one output terminal of the modulated pulse sequence, the other output of which is connected to the common bus, the outlets of the output transistors connected to the first terminals of different polarity sources of modulating voltage, and the sources are connected and connected to the total thickness through the load. The second pins of the multi-polar sources of modulating voltage are connected to the total thickness C2. A disadvantage of the known device is the low accuracy of amperes, the bulk modulation, due to the resistance to close the keys. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy. The goal is achieved by k, M, which in an amplitude-pulse modulator containing the first and second keys on field-effect transistors of different conductivity, which are connected by gates to one input of the source of a modulated pulse-type sequence, the other side of which is connected to a common bus, the drains of field-effect transistors are connected to To the first conclusions of the different polarity sources of modulating voltage, the sources are combined and through a load 77 2 are connected to a common bus, the third and fourth keys are entered, made for field transis openings of different conductivity, the first operational amplifier, an inverter and a potentiometer, the second inputs of different polarity sources of modulating voltage are connected to the inputs of the first operational amplifier, between which a potentiometer is connected, the moving contact of which is connected to a common length, the output of the first operational amplifier on a field-effect transistor of one conductivity and to the input of an inverter connected by its output to the drain of a fourth key on a field-effect transistor of another conductivity, ki third and- fourth switch connected to the load, and valves - with output power modulated pulse sequence. The drawing shows a pulse-amplitude modulator circuit. The pulse-amplitude modulator contains two keys 1 and 2 on field-effect transistors of different conductivity, the drains of which are connected to different polarity sources ZIL of the modulating voltage. Between sources 3 and A of modulating voltage, potentiometer 5 is included, the movable contact of which is to a common busbar. To the extreme points of potentiometer 5, the first operational amplifier 6 is connected. The output of the first operational amplifier 6 is connected to the third switch 7 on a single-conductor field effect transistor and to the inverter performed on the second operation amplifier 8 and resistors 9 and 10. The output of the inverter is connected to the fourth switch 11 on field effect transistor other conductance. The sources of the keys 1,2, 7 and 11 are connected to the load 12. The switches of the keys are connected through the resistors 13-15 and 16 to the source 17 of the modulated pulse sequence. The device works as follows. When the keys 1, 2, 7 and 11 are applied to the pulses of positive polarity from the source 17, the keys 1 and 7 open and the transistors 2 and 11 close. At the source of the key 7, with the indicated polarity of the source 3, a positive voltage pulse with a duration equal to the duration of the unlocking voltage supplied to the key switches 1 and an amplitude equal to the voltage of the modulating signal arises. A positive current pulse flows through load 12. When the gates of the transistors of a negative polarity pulse are exposed, the keys 2 and 11 are opened, and the keys 1 and 7 are closed. At the output of the operational amplifier 6, a voltage pulse also appears, of positive polarity, since the voltage of the modulating signal from source D is applied to the non-inverting input of the amplifier. An inverter on the operational amplifier 8 and resistors 9 and 10 inverts the output voltage of the amplifier 6 and a negative voltage pulse with a duration equal to the duration of the unlocking voltage supplied to the gates of the keys 2 and 11 is generated at the source of the key 11 and an amplitude equal to the voltage modulating signal. Through the load 12 flows a negative current pulse. Further, the processes in the circuit are repeated. Thus, at the load 12, a two-stroke amplitude modulation of the input pulse sequence is performed. The change in amplitude of the pulse voltage corresponds to the change in the input signal. The proposed device has advantages compared to the known device, in which the amplitude and voltage pulse:, the discharge voltage from the current flows, depends on the residual resistance of the open transistor and changes in this resistance, as well as changing the load resistance the amplitude of the output voltage. In case of inequality of the residual resistances of transistors, which is very typical for transistors with different types of conductivity, the output voltage across the load will be asymmetric in amplitude on the positive and negative sides. Thus, the scheme of the known device is very critical to the choice of the parameters of the keys, the source of the modulating signal and the magnitude of the load resistance. In the proposed device, there is no current in the open transistor circuit, i.e., and in the source circuit 3 and 4 of the modulating signal, due to the high input resistance of the operational amplifier 6, and the resistance value of the open transistors does not affect the amplitude of the voltage on the load. The effect of open-loop resistances 7 and 11 is eliminated by the fact that they are included in the negative feedback circuits of amplifier 6. The polarities of the output voltage at the output of operational amplifiers 6 and 8 do not change when switching the keys 1,2, 7 and 11. Therefore, the dynamic properties of the operational amplifiers do not affect the modulation accuracy. Thus, the proposed device, in comparison with the known ones, has a high conversion accuracy, a very low power consumed from the source of the modulating signal, and a high load capacity determined by the power of the operational amplifier, which is confirmed by testing the layout of the modulator.
