Description

C7I 1 The invention relates to a process for the production of copper phosphide, used in the manufacture of copper and phosphorus compounds. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process by lowering the process temperature. -Example. In a solution of sulfuric acid with a concentration of 100 g / l at 50 ° C, elemental Belgian phosphorus (0.263 g) is first introduced, and after stirring, copper powder (1.702 g) is added to it. The ratio of copper and phosphorus is 6.58: 1. The mixture was incubated for 6 hours. A light-filtered black precipitate of phosphorus copper was obtained in an amount of 1.907 g, containing, wt.%: Phosphorus 11.1, copper 89.2. Source reagents in the sediment are missing. 20% of the total phosphorus goes into solution in the form of phosphate ion. Copper (Y / in solution is absent. PR-meer 2. The process is carried out under the same conditions, but with. The process takes 3.5 hours. A 1.891 g of precipitate is obtained containing. Wt.%: Phosphorus 10, 0, copper 89.9. The initial reagents are absent in the sediment. 28.7% of the total phosphorus has passed into the filtrate. When carrying out the process with the initial weight ratio of copper to phosphorus below 6.4, elemental phosphorus remains in the sediment, and at a ratio of more 7.5 copper remains in the sediment.
