Способ осуществл ют следующим образом . Больному делают местное обезболивание раствором новокаина, при помощи ручной или электрической дрели через акромиальный конец ключицы провод т спицу Киршнера , концы спирали закрепл ют в скобе дл скелетного выт жени конструкции Кирщнера , ЦИТО или другой и нат гивают. Скоба должна быть достаточного размера, чтобы надплечье свободно размещалось между ее бранщами. Скобу размещают в подмыщечной области и посредством стальной жесткой пружины прикрепл ют к кронштейну , вгипсованному в области локт в предварительно наложенную циркул рную пов зку от п стно-фаланговых суставов до верхней трети плеча. При фиксации скобы пружина должна нат гиватьс , при этом происходит безболезненное вправление акромиального конца ключицы. Правильное положение ключицы поддерживаетс в последующем за счет эластической компрессии, развиваемой стальной пружиной, причем это состо ние не зависит от положени тела пострадавшего.A) Isobrbsnle ogpogits to medicine and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics.
