The invention relates to the crushing and grinding equipment used for crushing ores and rocks in the metallurgical industry and in the building materials industry. A well-known cone inertia crusher, comprising a housing with an external stationary cone and a cross member with an upper suspension of a movable cone mounted on a flexible shaft, as well as unbalance and electric motor Oj. The disadvantages of this crusher are the complexity of the T7e and the inadequacy of the design of the unbalance drive mechanism and the mount under a cone on a flexible shaft. Closest to the invention in technical support is a cone inertial crusher having a housing with an external fixed cone and a cross member with an upper suspension of a movable cone mounted on a flexible shaft mounted on bearing supports located respectively in the cross bar and in the cavity of the movable cone connected to the lower end of the flexible shaft and the lower unbalance and the rotary motor 2J. A disadvantage of the known crusher is low productivity, due to the fact that the movable cone is suspended on a flexible shaft, and the balance is located below its lower base. Such structural design of the crusher provides the maximum cone stroke in the lower zone and the minimum - in the upper one. In this connection, the crushing in the upper zone occurs nef. (1 | objectively, pieces of rock slowly descend down the crushing chamber and the lower zone is poorly supplied with material. As a result, productivity is restrained, and the crushable material is crushed to form a large amount of dust-like fraction. In addition , flexible shaft, which serves to suspend the movable cone and transfer torque from the engine to the unbalance, at the moments of starting, stopping the crusher under dam, and also: during overloads it is subjected to considerable twists deformations, which ultimately can lead to its breakage. To restore the crusher in this case will require significant costs. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability and productivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that the cone inertial crusher with an external fixed cone and a traverse with an upper suspension of a movable cone mounted on a flexible shaft mounted on bearing supports located respectively in the traverse and in the cavity of the movable cone, connect The lower unbalance and the rotary electric motor, JC, the lower end of the flexible shaft, is placed in the cavity of the movable cone, and the upper unbalance is additionally mounted at the upper output end of the rotor of the electric motor in the cavity of the movable cone. unbalance in the plane of its rotation. The drawing schematically shows a cone inertial crusher, a slit. The crusher has a body (stationary cone) 1, a movable cone 2 with a built-in electric motor 3. The additional upper 4 and main lower 5 unbalances are fixed on the output ends of the rotor shaft of the electric motor. The movable cone is suspended to the cross bar 6 by means of the flexible shaft 7. The flexible shaft in the cross bar and in the movable cone is mounted through the bearings, which serve to prevent the shaft from twisting during start, stop and work of the crusher. To supply electricity to the windings of the built-in electric motor on the upper and lower bearing supports, slip rings 8 are mounted. A cable connecting pairs of slip rings is mounted inside a flexible shaft. During the operation of the crusher, electric power is supplied to the windings of the built-in electric motor 3 via slip rings 8 and the cable mounted inside the flexible shaft 7, the rotor of the electric motor starts to rotate, dragging the upper 4 and lower 5 unbalances. As a result of the rotation of the unbalance, a centrifugal force arises, causing the inner movable cone 2 to oscillate. The rock is loaded from above and clamped in the crushing chamber between the fixed 1 and movable 2 cones. As the mother collapses, she moves deeper into the crushing chamber towards the discharge gap. Further, the crushing cycle is repeated. Installing an additional upper unbalance 4 makes it possible to more evenly distribute the inertial force of the debuilds over the height of the crushing chamber. This leads to an increase in the compression stroke of the movable cone in the upper zone of the crushing chamber, and consequently, to an intensification of the crushing process in this zone. these pieces of rock in the upper zone are crushed in a smaller number of loading cycles, the lower zones are better supplied with material, and the crusher's productivity increases. Fixing the lower unbalance 5 on the rotor shaft of the electric motor 3 through the pinion joint with the possibility of mutual displacement of the unbalances relative to each other in the plane of rotation and selection of the masses of unbalances is possible to create the most favorable for crushing and increasing kinematics performance. The use of the built-in electric motor 3 makes it possible to increase the reliability of the design of the crusher. The increase in reliability is expressed in that the flexible shaft 7 in this case perceives only loads from the weight of the movable cone 2 and the forces arising in the crushing chamber. The shaft is released from the transmission of torque from the engine to the unbalances, and the amount of twisting depends on the frictional forces in the bearings and the rigidity of the shaft structure. The technical and economic efficiency of the invention in comparison with the known crushers consists in increasing the crusher's performance due to a more even distribution of the compression stroke of the moving cone, which is ensured by using additional upper unbalance and reliability of the crusher design, which is achieved by using an integrated electromotor released from the transmission of torque, reaching at the time of launch, with overloads , stopping under the rubble of maximum values.
