The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to equipment for the manufacture of corrugated wires, and can be applied in mechanical engineering, instrument engineering, electronics, and other industries where it is necessary to remove the oxide film from parts before coating with metal brushes. . A device for processing wire is known, including a mechanism for shaping the bending of wire Cl. It is also known a wire processing apparatus comprising a dispensing coil with a wire mounted in a technological sequence, a corrugation forming mechanism and a winding driving drum 2. A disadvantage of these technical solutions is that their productivity is limited. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a wire crimping device comprising wire guides mounted on the base, a corrugation forming mechanism, and a drive winding drum L3J. A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that its performance and technological capabilities are limited. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and expand technological capabilities by corrugating wires of different diameters. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a wire crimping device containing a wire guide for the wire assembly, a corrugation forming mechanism and a drive winding drum, the corrugation forming mechanism consists of a console mounted on the base between the wire guide and the winding drive drum a series of cylindrical elastic rods located tangentially to the generators of the drive winding drum. In addition, the wire guide is made in the form of a deflecting roller and a vertical post, having a series of vertically arranged holes for the wire. In this case, the device has means for adjusting the position of the rods relative to the axis of the wire feed, consisting of a slider mounted with the possibility of adjustment movement in the vertical direction, on which elastic rods are fixed. Fig. 1 shows a device, a general view 4 in Fig. 2, a mechanism for forming corrugations. The device for corrugating the wire contains coils 2 with wire 3 mounted on the base 1, wire guide 4 having a deflecting roller 5 and vertical column 6 with a series of vertically arranged holes 7 for wire 3, the corrugation shaping mechanism 8 consisting of cantilever-mounted on the base 1 between the guide 4 and the driving winding drum 9, a series of cylindrical elastic d 10, located tangentially to the forming drive winding drum 9. There is a mounted on the base and 1 means 11 for adjusting the position of the rods 10 relative to the axis of the wire 3, which consists of vertically mounted slider 12 with a rotary screw 13, nuts 14 for interacting with the screw 13 and a yoke 15 with a stopper 16. Cylindrical elastic rods 10 are secured to the slider 12, which is housed in the cage 15 with the stopper 16. On the drum 9 there is a finger 17 for securing the wires 3 in the groove 18 of the drum 9. The crimped wire (crimped) 19 already behind the rods 10 is wound onto the drum 9. I n The apparatus operates as follows. First, wire 3 is threaded. Several strands of wire 3 from coils 2 are pulled through deflecting roller 5, pulled through holes 7 of rack 6, loaded into mechanism 8 through one rod 10 and fastened to finger 17, which is inserted into a groove 18 of the drum 9. Thereafter, the drum 9 is driven into rotation. When the drum 9 is rotated, the wire 3, the passage between the rods 10, oscillates these rods, due to which it is obtained with corrugations (wavy). Tensioning force of wire 3 while pulling less force of its breaking. The crimped wire 19 is wound on a rotating drum 9. After being removed from the drum 9, it is not straightened due to residual deformation. For this, hard wire is used, for example, type L63 is solid or steel. The diameter of the rods 10 is (3-10) d of the wire 3. The rods 10 are set apart from each other at a distance of (2-8) d. The height of the rods is 80-100 mm. The force of the rods 10 on the wire 3 is controlled by the means 11 for moving the rods 10. Having released the slider 12 by the stopper 16, by rotating the screw 13, the slider 12 can be raised or lowered together with the rods 10, which allows the corrugation to be closer or farther from the rods 10. More rigid Tarsta wire 3 is skipped
After the required amount of corrugated wire 9 is drilled on the drum 9, the device stops, the wire harness 19 is wound on the drum, is cut, and the remaining ends of the wire are reloaded onto the drum 9, after which the drum 9 is again rotated and again wire forming.
The proposed device is simple in its design, while
At the same time, it allows a large amount of wire (12-16 filaments) to be passed through at the same time, and virtually eliminates wire breakage, since it does not come into contact with sharp
