Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к физическим и медикаментозным методам лечени хронического атрофического ринита. Известен способ лечени хронического атрофического ринита путем нанесени лекарственных средств на слизистую оболочку полости носа 1 . Недостатком известного метода вл етс длительность лечени . Цель изобретени - сокращение сроков лечени . Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что согласно способу лечени хронического атрофического ринита путем насснесени лекарстаенных средств на слизистую оболочку носа одновременно с нанесением лекарственных средств на слизистую оболочку провод т вибромассаж в течение 5-10 мин с помощью эластичного баллона, введенного в полость носа. Дл осуществлени этого способа используют устройство дл вибромассажа, изображенное на чертеже. Устройство содержит вибратор 1, создающий переменное давление воздуха, св занный шлангом 2 с насадкой 3. При этом насадка 3 выполнена в виде закрытой эластичной капсулы и надета на жесткий наконечник 4. На выходе из вибратора установлен вентиль 5 с руко ткой 6 дл регул ции объема насадки. В качестве вибратора может быть использован компрессор от аэрозольного ингал тора типа АИ-1 или аппарат дл пневматического массажа ушных барабанных перепонок . Насадкой 3 может служить напалечник или палец резиновой перчатки. Способ осушествл етс следующим образом . На слизистую оболочку полости носа нанос т лекарственное вещество (например, мазь). Мазью смазывают резиновую насадку 3 аппарата дл вибромассажа, ввод т наконечник 4 с насадкой 3 в полость носа. Присоедин ют наконечник 4 к щлангу 2. Включают вибратор 1. Вентилем 5 с помощью руко тки 6 регулируют объем насадки 3 до такого момента, чтобы вибрации становились ощутимыми дл больного, но не были бы непри тными. В таком режиме в течение 5-10 мин производ т процедуру. На курс делают 8-10 процедур. По окончании процедуры вибратор 1 отключают и из носа извлекают насадку 3. При использовании данного вида лечени у больных хроническим атрофическим ринитом (и озеной) достигаетс хороший клинический результат: улучшаетс самочувствие , слизиста оболочка увлажнаетс , становитс более розовой, чистой, улучшаетс обон ние.
