Description
The invention relates to blood detoxification processes using semipermeable membranes | particularly dialysis, ultrafiltration, and can be used in medical technology to clean blood and other biological body fluids.
Известны полупроницаемые мембраны , вьтолненные в виде полимерных пленок и используемые в аппаратах искусственна почка дл осуществлени диализа и ультрафильтрации lj ,Semipermeable membranes, known as polymer films and used in artificial kidney machines for dialysis and ultrafiltration, are known
The disadvantage of such membranes is their low efficiency when removing toxic substances with large molecular sizes, which, in addition, create additional hydraulic and diffusion resistances on the membrane surface, which prevent small molecules from approaching the surface of the membrane-20. is a blood detoxification membrane made from a semi-permeable dialysis film with an outer absorbing surface formed by an adsorbent layer, for example, an activator by coal 2J. The adsorbing surface of these membranes faces the dialysis solution, and therefore the absorption of toxic substances by the adsorbent occurs only after they have passed through the membrane. This circumstance determines that the adsorbent does not interact directly with the blood. The processes of dialysis and adsorption proceed sequentially, i.e. There is no positive effect of adsorption on diaLIZ. At the same time, electrolytes present in blood, urea and other poorly sorbing substances block active sites of the adsorbent, reducing its capacity, and undissociated substances, and especially substances with large molecules, affect the penetration through semipermeable membranes. The aim of the invention is to ensure the adsorption of toxic substances directly from the blood, as well as the intensification of dialysis and adsorption. This goal is achieved by the fact that on a membrane for detoxifying blood made from a semipermeable dialysis film with an adsorbing surface, the latter is made in the form of patches on the side facing the blood.
FIG. 1-4 schematically depict a blood detoxification membrane with various configurations of portions of the absorbent surface; FIG. 5 - the same cross section.
п.The blood detoxification membrane is made of a semi-permeable dialysis film 1 with portions 2 of the adsorbing surface, which can be made in the form of straight (Fig. 1) or convoluted (Fig. 2) strips, grids (Fig. 3), spots of various shapes and size (Fig. 4). These sections 2 are located in the surface layer of the film 1 in such a way that the membrane in any place has approximately the same thickness (Fig. 5). At the location of the portions 2 of the adsorbing surface, the membrane serves only as an adsorbent that absorbs toxic substances from the blood. The proposed membrane can be laid in any possible way into a device for purifying blood or biological fluid and does not require any additional components and details. V The membrane in such a device works as follows. Blood or friend cleared liquid. the bone flows along the surface of the membrane on which sections 2 of the absorbing surface are made. Due to the placement of sections 2 over the entire surface of the membrane, simultaneous purification of blood or biological fluid occurs both due to penetration of some toxic substances through the film 1, and due to sorption of others in sections 2. The use of the proposed membrane prevents the formation of hydraulic and diffusion resistances on the surface of the film 1 preventing the approach to the dialysis surface of membrane penetrating substances such as electrolytes, urea, uric acid, water. However, the removal of these substances from the blood has a positive effect on the adsorption of substances such as creatinine, bilirubin, medium molecular weight toxins, toxic substances associated with proteins, and the like.

п. Участки адсорбирующей поверхности могут быть выполнены из порошкообразного активного угл ,сажи, синтетических и других адсорбентов .The fabrication of the proposed membrane can be carried out in various ways: by forming areas of the adsorbing surface directly during film irrigation, modifying the surface of the membrane after forming the films, applying areas of the adsorbing surface to the film during or after its formation, etc. Sections of the adsorbing surface can be made of powdered activated carbon, carbon black, synthetic and other adsorbents.

Сравнительные испытани предлагаемой мембраны показали, что интенсифицируетс детоксикаци крови, в частности,по мочевине и креатинину .By using the proposed membrane, the competitive influence of one group of toxic substances on the process of removing 5 NINs of others is eliminated, the simplicity of manufacturing devices for cleaning is preserved, and the reliability of the purification of biological fluids, first of all, of blood is increased. Comparative tests of the proposed membrane have shown that blood detoxification is intensified, in particular with respect to urea and creatinine.
