Однако соотношение плеч приложени сил инерции подвижных частей к рычагам 4 сохран етс .11 The invention relates to electrical apparatuses, in particular, electromagnetic-type contactor contactors, designed to operate in conditions where shocks are possible, including those of explosive or seismic origin. Known contactors of the type are known, in which the system of moving contacts is connected with the electric magnet of the magnet and forms together with it a single mobile moving system. In such contactors., In order to improve impact resistance, balancing weights are used that are fixed at one end of the pivot levers, while the other ends of the levers are pivotally connected to the linear moving system of the contactor. L However, the use of balancing loads requires additional material costs for the manufacture and installation of both them and the swing arms on which these loads are fixed. In addition, the use of balancing weights does not eliminate the possibility of false positives under shock effects, which impart rotary accelerations to the base of the contactor. The closest to the invention according to its technical nature is a shock-resistant contactor of the motor type, the movable system of which consists of a U-shaped contact rail with fixed bridge-type moving contacts and an electromagnet core, held in the initial position by returnable elastic elements and interconnected zyvayuschey transmission intermediate two-armed pivot member which vsholnen ratio shoulders inversely proportional to the mass ratio of the contact rail and the armature, and is mounted on the axial bearing housing in f |. However, in the case of pivotal accelerations, with the impact of such a construction of the contactor, false positives are possible due to the low impact resistance. The aim of the invention is to improve the impact resistance. This goal is achieved by the fact that the shock-resistant contactor is of the propulsive type, the movable system of which consists of a U-shaped contact rail with 8 bridge-type movable contacts fixed on it and the electromagnet core held in the initial position by the Return elastic elements and interconnected by non-skidding gear, the intermediate two-shoulder rotary element of which is made with the ratio of the shoulders inversely proportional to the ratio of the masses of the contact rail and the core, and is fixed on the axial support in The housing is equipped with an additional non-slip gear, identical identical and located symmetrically to the mentioned non-slip gear, and the axle, intermediate supports of the intermediate two-arm rotary elements of the non-slip gears are located in a plane passing through the center of inertia of the moving parts of the contactor perpendicular to the direction of their travel. U-shaped contact rail and the electromagnet bore in the initial position are in contact with each other bearing surfaces, the centers otorrhea located on the symmetry axis of the contactor and the elastic return elements are mounted between the li-shaped contact rail and the intermediate double-armed pivoting element non-slip transmission .. 1 shows (as an example of execution) structure etc. mohodovogo shockproof contactor toothed motion transmission; Fig. 2 is the same with lever motion. The contactor (figure 1) consists of a system of movable bridge contacts 1 mounted on an insulating U-shaped contact rail 2 connected to the cortex 3 of the electromagnetic system using two symmetrically arranged and identical gears, each of which contains two shoulders lever 4 with zatchatyi sectors at the ends and toothed eiki 5 and 6, mounted respectively on the U-shaped bracket 7 core 3 on the contact rail 2. The levers 4 are rotated around the axes 8, fixed in the housing 9 of the contactor. Corresponding grooves in the housing 9 and the roof 10 serve as guides for the translational movement of the contact rail 2, and the inner walls of the insulating frame 11 of the coil 12 rigidly mounted together with the core 13 of the electromagnetic core 13 are directed towards the forward movement of the core 3. the system in case B, the initial position of the contact rod 2 is held by return springs 14 and abuts against the end surface of the bracket 7. In this case the distance between the bridge contacts 1 and the fixed contacts 15 corresponds to the specified distance thief. The cavities 16 in the contactor housing serve to accommodate the auxiliary contact block 17 (shown in dotted lines in FIG. 1). The peculiarity of this contactor is that the direct connection of its moving parts (contact rail 2 with contacts 1 and core 3 with bracket 7) with housing 9 is only through axis 8 of levers 4 whose shoulders are inversely proportional to the masses of these moving parts, and The 9SI 8 itself is located in a plane passing through the center of inertia of the moving parts of the contactor. Since the contactor shown in Fig. 1 has an axis of symmetry passing through the mass centers of the moving parts, the axis 8 is also located in the plane of the perpendicular axis of symmetry. The contactor shown in Fig. 2 is characterized in that the pivot arms 4 of non-slip gears connecting the contact rail 2 to the core 3 are pivotally connected at the ends through axis 18 with sliders 19 (made to reduce friction and wear, for example, from nylon-type plastics), which have the ability to move without backlash in steel brackets 20, mounted on the rail 2 and U-shaped bracket 7 to p -3. In all tests of the contactor, the initial position is adjusted by moving and then fixing the toothed racks 6 or brackets 20 mounted on the contact rail 2. The reciprocal movement of the contact rail 2 and the core 3 upon impact, and hence the false positives of the contactor will not take place, if the moments of inertia forces of movable 584 parts (contact rail 2 and core 3 with parts mounted on them). arising at the ends of the levers 4 ,. equal and opposite directions. When hitting in the horizontal plane, causing only progressive acceleration of moving parts, the movement of the latter is limited: for contact 2, the guide slots of the housing 9 and the cover 10, and for the core 3 by the walls of the frame 11. Therefore, such shocks cannot cause a false triggering of the contactor. When power is applied to the coil 12, the measles 3 is attracted to the core 13 of the contactor electromagnetic system. Together with the core 3, the clamp 7 moves with the toothed racks 5 mounted on it, which causes the levers 4 to rotate with the toothed sectors at their ends and the corresponding movement of the pin 2 with the toothed rods 6 fixed to it. This causes the closures of the contacts 1 and 15 in each field contactor. The movement of the contact rail 2 is guided by the grooves of the housing 9 and the cover 10, the measles 3 moves inside the coil 12 along the walls of its frame 11. When the power is removed from the coil 12, the measles 3 and the contact rail 2 return to their original position, i.e., as long as the contact rail 2 stops against the bracket 7 of the core 3. Moving the contact rail 2 when the contactor is operated causes the auxiliary circuit contacts to switch in blocks 17 located in the planes 16 of the housing 1. The operation of the contactor shown in Fig. 2 differs from that described by the variable ix armature 3 through a bracket mounted thereon the sliders 20 and 19 with hinges 18, is transmitted to the arms 4, causing them to turn. At the same time, the other ends of the levers 4 act on the contact rail 2 through the respective hinges 18, slide blocks 19 and brackets 20 mounted on it. When the levers 4 are rotated, the sliders 19 slide in the brackets 20. However, the ratio of the arms of inertia of the moving parts to the levers 4 is maintained.
