Description
The invention relates to metal, in particular, to the development of cast iron for castings operating under conditions of increased loads. Known cast iron lj s containing May.%; 2.4-2.8 Carbon 0.9-1.5 Silicon 0.3-0.5 Manganese Not more than 0.0 Not more than 0 Not more than 0, Phosphorus Iron Else However, the specified iron does not have sufficient ductility. The closest to the proposed is C2J cast iron, containing, in May.%: 3.3-3.6 Carbon 2.0-2.8 Silicon 1.2-1.5 Manganese 0.05-0.20 Rare-earth 0.01 -0.05 elements 0.04-0.07 Magnesium 0.2-0.4 Vanadium 0.01-0.05 Calcium 0.8-1.5 Nickel 1.1-1.5 Iron Else However, the famous cast iron has inadequate wear resistance and high cost; Chain of the invention — increased ductility, lower cost and maintaining the level of strength and fluidity. This goal is achieved by the fact that cast iron containing carbon, silicon, marhanets, chromium, rare-earth elements, magnesium and iron, contains components in the following ratio, May,%: Carbon2.0-3.0 Silicon1.0-2.0 Manganese , 1-0.8 Chromium, 0.02-0.25 Rare-earth elements, 0.03-0.06, Magnesium, 0, 03, IronEstalled When C. Si, ... TI (Composition 1), Low content of C and Si, UZD1X graphitizing effect, which has a significant effect on the formation of the graphite phase. The heat treatment time is increased. The unfavorable metal structure affects the strength of cast iron, lengthening and hardness are reduced. Mp and Cr, related to cementite- and perlite-stabilizing elements, will not in given quantities contribute to the formation of perlite and, consequently, increase the strength of cast iron. Thus, they do not affect the elongation, hardness, and fluidity. REM and Mg have little effect on the improvement of the structure and properties. The reduction in strength, elongation, hardness and fluidity is primarily affected by the low content of C and Si. The use of components in the composition of cast iron in an amount greater than the upper limit of their concentrations leads to the fact that the composition of 5 C and Si will contribute to greater fluidity and increase in strength and hardness, less impact on the relative elongation. MP and Cr will increase strength and hardness by increasing the pearlite component and reduce the relative elongation; a negative, albeit weak, effect will have on the reduction of fluidity. Mg and RMP goes beyond the limit of a positive effect on the structure as a whole, graphite will degrade it, and therefore will decrease, other jHocTb, hardness will increase, and fluidity will decrease. An example of cast iron is carried out in an induction furnace MGP-102. The melted cast iron is superheated to € 1500–1520, held for 5–10 min and released into the casting ladle, at the bottom of which the Celsite – 1 modifier is placed, then magnesium is introduced into the ladle. Modified cast iron is filled in with samples for mechanical testing. The cast samples are subjected to heat treatment according to the mode: heating up to 940–950 ° C for 5 h, holding at this temperature for 3 h, and cooling in air. Then heat up to 720 ° C for 2 hours, hold for 2 hours at this temperature and air cool. The chemical composition of the known and proposed cast iron, their properties and cost are shown in the table.

The results obtained are evidence and lower cost, according to which, the cast iron of the proposed preservation of the level of strength and fluid composition. has a higher ductility.
