The invention relates to a technique for separating solid and liquid phases, suspensions, and can be used in various fields of industry for separating readily separable suspensions with coarse dispersed solid phase. Filters are known that are designed to separate solid and liquid suspensions, e.g. vacuum drum filters, Cl 3. The disadvantages of these filters are related to the complexity of the design, the need to install auxiliary equipment, and the high energy consumption mainly by vacuum pumps and blowers. All this complicates the operation process and increases their cost. The closest to the proposed technical entity is a device that includes a frame mounted on the frame with a drain pipe located inside the case of a perforated cylinder with a bottom, a hollow shaft coaxially mounted in the cylinder with a helical blade and with a water rotation C2}. However, sediment in this device is removed cutting, and even for some kinds of products, such as explosive, is unacceptable. In addition to TCO, the use of such a device to separate the solid phase from the liquid on products having a fibrous structure, such as, for example, a suspension of polycarbonate and water, is ineffective, since the fibers are poorly cut by the screw. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity when filtering suspensions of fibrous materials and to increase safety techniques when processing explosive prod. The goal is achieved. By the fact that in the filtering device, which includes a housing mounted on a frame with a drain pipe, a cylinder with a bottom, a perforated cylinder inside the housing, and a shaft coaxially mounted in the cylinder. screw blade and its drive, screw blade fixed with an inner edge on the hollow shaft, and external blade - on a perforated cylinder, made with an open upper end, while the shaft is made with a window for supplying suspensions V interfacial space of the blade, and the housing is mounted on the frame with a slope. Figure 1 shows a filtering device, a slit; in Fig.2, view A in Fig.1; FIG. 3 shows the device case in two positions, a transverse section; figure 4 - the device, a longitudinal section. The filtering device comprises a frame 1 on which the case 2 with the PLUMB M nozzle 3 is mounted with an inclination; a perforated cylinder 4 with a bottom 5 placed in the case 2 with a radial clearance and a screw blade 7 coaxially mounted in the cylinder 4 with a fixed inner edge. The lower end of the shaft 6 is fixed in the bearings placed in the supports 8, and the upper end is supported in the form of supporting rollers 9. The rotational drive of the shaft 6 is provided from the electric motor 10 through the gearbox 11, the perforated cylinder 4 is formed of metal tion mesh ka tensioned helical blade 7 and fixed to the outer edge of the latter. The receiving tray 12 is attached to the housing 2, and the oil shaft has an input 13 and an output window 14 located in its end parts. The device operates as follows. The filtered fluid is fed through the inlet 13 into the internal cavity of the shaft 6 and due to the tilting of the drainage to the output window 14 and through it enters the cavity of the screw blade 7. The filtrate passes through the mesh of the cylinder 4 and flows down the walls of the housing 2 down to the drain nozzle 3. The sediment remains on the inner side of the cylinder 4. When the perforated cylinder 4 rotates together with the hollow shaft 6 and the helical blade 7 placed between them, the sediment particles remaining on the inner wall of the perforated cylinder 4, in the initial moment The nt are moved from the lower position B (Fig. 3) to the upper position B, under the weight of their own mass are detached from the wall of the perforated shyindra 4 and fall down. Due to the fact that between the perforated cylinder 4 and the hollow shaft 6 is placed the screw blade 7, particles
