Fig. 1) Brennetine relates to devices for temporal selection of directional radiation and can be used in three-dimensional physics in coordinate-time converters, as well as in other areas where the measured values are converted to time intervals. Coordinate converters -time are proportional chambers with inductive pickup on the delay line, magnetostriction spark chambers, hodoscopic photomultipliers, drift chambers, etc. "All these types of detectors work according to the principle of mations the measured values (the coordinates of the particle) in the delay time (drift) of the signal detector (dreyfovsh detector) with respect to time the passage of particles through the detector. A device comprising two drift detectors with opposite drift directions, a source of control signals, drift time meters connected to a computer is known. When processing information on a computer, the drift times from both detectors are summed up and compared with the total drift time. If the total time deviates from the specified value, the event is considered background and is discarded. The disadvantage of this solution is computer overload with background events and the impossibility of selecting useful events at the level of electronic logic. The closest technical solution is a device containing two drift detectors with different and equally directed drift velocities, a variable controllable delay line, a coincidence circuit, and a measure of the delay time and the source of the control signal. The outputs of the detectors are connected to the inputs of the coincidence circuit, and a variable delay line (CRL) is introduced into the detector signal circuit with a higher drift velocity. With the arrival of the control signal, the CRL starts up and increases its delay, compensating for the difference in arrival times of the signals from the two detectors. For interference signals, the time delays of the signals do not match and they are discarded by a coincidence circuit. Particle suppression factor. unrelated to the control signal, proportional to the difference of the total drift times of the two detectors and determined with respect to two detectors with equal and equally directed drift velocities, the signals of which are recorded by a coincidence circuit. For the known device the coefficient of suppression. () p) is described by the following formula: l1 - 2g O) where fii is the difference of the total drift times of the two detectors; resolving time of the matching scheme. This device has an insufficiently large value of the interference suppression coefficient, which depends on the possibility of changing the drift velocities of the detectors without degrading their characteristics (in particular, time resolution). In addition, certain types of drift detectors (for example, proportional chambers with Hbw induction removal) require structural changes (winding a new delay line with a different running delay), which makes it difficult to use this device. The implementation of a large suppression ratio is also difficult in hodoscopic photomultipliers due to the sharp dependence of the time resolution of these devices on the electron drift velocity along the photocathode. The purpose of the invention is to increase the interference suppression coefficient unrelated to the control signal, and expand the range of use of this device to other types of drift detectors, the drift velocities of which are not regulated. The goal is achieved by the fact that a coincidence circuit, the output of which is connected to the input of the delay time meter, a variable controllable delay line connected between the output of the first detector and the first input of the coincidence circuit, and control signal source connected to the control inputs of the time delay meter and the variable controlled delay line, a constant delay line between the output of the second track is introduced
