The invention relates to medicine and medical technology, in particular to transfusiology and perfusion, and can be used for blood transfusion and for various types of perfusion. Microfilters, blood for extra corporal systems and blood transfusion systems are known to prevent microbunches and foreign inclusions from entering the patient's body. Such blood microfilters have a reservoir with filter material installed in it or a composition of filter materials 1J. However, when blood passes through the filter material, its pores are gradually clogged with microbunches and foreign inclusions, and the hydraulic resistance of the microfilter increases, even to velitans, which impede the further flow of the microfilter. A blood microfilter is known, which contains a cylindrical body with blood inlets and outlets and a filter element located in the body to form cavities for unfiltered blood and for filtered blood 2. A disadvantage of the known device is the short time required for filtering blood with a high content of coarse particles to be removed. The aim of the invention is to increase the filtration time. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a blood microfilter containing a cylindrical body with nozzles for blood input and output and a filter element, the filter element is arranged in the body with the formation of cavities for unfiltered blood and for filtered blood, the filter element has the shape of a disk, the blood outlets are installed diametrically on the body; the end walls of the body are provided with protrusions supporting the filter element, and the projections of the body wall limiting the cavity for unfiltered blood are A rectangular shape with a rounded corners and a length not less than three times their width and arranged in four rows symmetric about the plane passing through the nozzles for blood in and out so that the protrusions of the two central rows directed to the plane at an angle varying from 30 to 60 as they are removed from the blood inlet, and the protrusions of the two peripheral rows are directed to the plane at an angle varying from 35 to 60 as they are removed from this branch pipe, this protrusions in every central and one is larger than each peripheral, these gaping protrusions are located at the blood outlet, facing each other the ends of each central and peripheral row are equidistant from the plane, and the opposite end of each protrusion of the central row is located from the blood inlet a smaller distance between this nozzle and the end of the adjacent protrusion of the peripheral row facing the nozzle. FIG. 1 shows the microfilter, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. in fig. 3 - section bb in Fig.2; and, FIG. 4, section BB, in FIG. The microfilter contains a cylindrical body 1 with diametrically located nozzles 2 and 3 for input and output of blood, respectively, a filtering element 4 in the form of a disk, located in the housing with the formation of cavities 5 and 6 .op of unfiltered blood and for filtered blood, respectively, supporting the filtering element 4 lugs 7-9, having a longitudinal cross-sectional shape with rounded corners and a length not less than three times their width, to the bristle-shaped protrusions 10, uniformly distributed over the end face An enclosure enclosure 1 enclosing the cavity 6 for filtered blood. When the length of the protrusions 7–9 is less than their tripled width, the effect of the protrusions for the blood flows disappears, which leads to a reduction in the filtration time. The supporting protrusions on the end duck of the housing 1, bounding the cavity 5 for unfiltered blood, are located in two symmetrical peripheral rows (protrusions 7) and two symmetrical peripheral rows (protrusions 8), and they are symmetrical relative to the plane passing through the nozzles 2 and 3, i.e. planes of section AA. The protrusions in each central row are one more than in each peripheral row; these additional protrusions 9 are located at the nozzle 3 for the withdrawal of blood and create an effect in this area for the blood flow. The protrusions 7 and 9 of the central rows are directed toward the sectional plane A-A at an angle ot varying from 30 for the protrusion 7 nearest to the nozzle 2, to 60 ° for the additional protrusion 9. The projections 8 of the peripheral rows are directed towards the sectional plane A-A at an angle E, changing as they move away from nozzle 2 from 35 to 60 °. Thus, the angle E is greater than the angle ot for adjacent protrusions of the central and peripheral row by no less than 5 °, since the excess by an amount less than 5 ° is not sufficient for a satisfactory redistribution of blood flow from the sectional plane A-A to the periphery of the cavity 5 unfiltered blood. The range of variation of the angles is optimal because it provides the minimum increase in the resistance of the microfilter per unit of time with a slight increase in the value of the hydraulic resistance of the filter compared to filters having different ranges of variation of the angles o and e, the ends of each two Neighboring projections facing one another and 8 are equidistant from sectional plane A-A, and the opposite end of each protrusion 7 is located from the nozzle 2 at a distance shorter than the distance between the nozzle 2 and the end of the adjacent protrusion 8, facing the nozzle 2. Such an arrangement of the projections 7 of the central rows and the projections 8 of the peripheral rows eliminates blood flows parallel to the section plane A-A and promotes the redistribution of blood flows from this plane to the periphery of the 5-day cavity of unfiltered blood. 1 04 The microfilter blood filter works as follows. To filter the blood, the microfilter is connected through pipes 2 and 3 to external blood supply ducts. The blood to be filtered through the nozzle 2 enters the cavity 5 and moves along the surface of the filter element 4, while due to the presence of projections 7-9 the blood flows are redistributed from the center of the filter element to its borders. This ensures that the flow of blood flushes the filtered particles and moves them to the boundary areas of the microfilter. This reduces clogging of the pores of the filter material, which contributes to an increase in the usefulness of the device. The blood passing through the filter element 4 is collected in the cavity 6 and through the pipe 3 enters into the external ma. mcTparib. The proposed blood microfilter provides effective filtration of not less than 3 liters of blood. A well-known filter, when used under similar conditions, is completely clogged with kkkroagregatami by passing about 1 liter of blood into the body.
