The invention relates to electronics and can be used to excite microwave oscillations. A known microwave generator containing a transistor, to the emitter and collector of which the segments of microstrip lines are connected. However, the famous microwave generator has a narrow band of working frequencies. The closest to this invention is a microwave generator containing an active element connected to an oscillatory system that includes a gyromagnetic resonator placed between the poles of an electromagnet, the bias coil of which is connected in series with the first resistor connected to the inverter of the differential amplifier and the power supply 2J. A disadvantage of the known microwave generator is the narrow range of operating frequencies and the large power irregularity in the input of the a1k oscillations. The purpose of the invention is to expand the range of operating frequencies and reduce the unevenness of the output oscillation power. the first resistor connected to the inverter input of the differential amplifier, to the power supply, a second resistor and a nonlinear th resistor, a first terminal coupled to a power source, a second terminal through a second resistor to the non-inverting input of the differential amplifier, wherein a QUALITY ve active element selected tranzis torus pod1shyuchen its collector to the second terminal of the non-linear resistor and the base connected to the output of the differential amplifier. The drawing shows an electrical circuit of the proposed microwave generator. The microwave generator contains an active element I, connected to an oscillatory system, which includes a gyro-magnetic resonator located between the poles of an electromagnet (not yet 11 shown in the drawing), bias coil 2, the first resistor 3, inverting and non-inverting inputs 4 and 5 differential amplifier 6, second resistor 7, nonlinear resistor 8, power source 9, resistive divider 10, 11, control input 12, terminal 13 for connecting a reference voltage source. As the active element 1, a transistor is selected, the collector of which is connected to the connection point of the second resistor 7 and the nonlinear resistor 8, made, for example, in the form of a parallel connection of a semiconductor diode and a resistor with constant resistance. The base of the transistor is connected to the output of the differential amplifier 6. The microwave generator operates as follows. The voltage from the power source 9 is supplied to the active element 1. The active element 1 excites in an oscillatory system connected to the active element 1, microwave oscillations, the frequency of which depends on the parameters of the gyromagnetic resonator, in turn, depending on the tuning current supplied to control input 12 and flow through bias coil 2. In this case, the oscillation frequency is changed by changing the magnitude of the tuning current. Simultaneously with changing the parameters of the gyromagnetic resonator, the mode of operation of the active element 1 changes. Since the active element 1 is selected as a transistor, the voltage from the first resistor 3, proportional to the tuning current, goes to the inverting input 4 of the differential amplifier 6, and through it to transistor base. At the same time, the operation mode of the transistor changes in such a way that the power of the output oscillations changes slightly when the oscillation frequency changes throughout the entire tuning range of the parameters of the gyromagnetic resonator. An additional reduction in unevenness and expansion of the frequency tuning range, and consequently, the operating frequency range, is achieved by an additional change in the operating mode of the transistor due to the fact that when the output oscillation power changes, the collector current changes, causing the voltage to change to 3 11402 non-linear resistor 8. This voltage change through the second resistor 7 is fed to the non-inverting input 5 of the differential amplifier. 6 and to the base T of the ranzistor, changing the jog operation mode so that the collector current of the transistor and, consequently, the power of the output oscillations stabilize. Since the output oscillation power decreases at the edges of the working 164 range, the stabilization of the output power contributes to the spreading of the operating frequency range. Thus, the proposed microwave generator provides an extension of the range of operating frequencies and a reduction in the uneven power of the output oscillations.
