Таким образом, установка над отстойником пакета наклоненных в его сторону пластин, снабженных продольными ребрами и выполненных с полост ми, включенными в тракт охлаждающей среды, интенсифицирует разделение паровод ной смеси на воду и пар, что приводит к снижению габаритов и металлоемкости испарител .The invention relates to energy and can be used in devices for evaporation of water prone to foaming. A vaporizer is known, comprising a housing with a heating chamber, whose water volume over the latter is divided into lifting and descending channels 1. A disadvantage of this evaporator is the low efficiency of heat exchange in the heating chamber due to the increased hydrostatic back pressure in its lower part. The closest technical solution to the invention is an evaporator, comprising a housing with a heating chamber and a sump located in the water volume of the hull above chamber 2. A disadvantage of the known evaporator is the increased dimensions and intensity due to the large dimensions of the sump in which only gravitational forces are used. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size and intensity of the evaporator. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the evaporator containing a housing with a heating chamber and a sump located in the water volume of the hull above the chamber, a package of plates inclined in its direction, fitted with longitudinal ribs and made with cavities included in the coolant path, is installed above the sump. . In addition, the cavity included in the path of the cooling medium, can be performed in the upper sections of the plates. FIG. 1 schematically shows the evaporator, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 2. The evaporator comprises a housing 1 with a heating chamber 2 and a stopper 3 located in the water volume of the housing 1 above the chamber 2. Above the settling tank 3 a package of plates 4 inclined in its direction, equipped with longitudinal ribs 5 and made with cavities 6, included in path 7 of the cooling medium. Cavity b, included in the path 7 of the cooling medium, can only be made in the upper side of the plate 4. In this case, only the upper walls of the hollow plates 4 can be heat-conducting. The upper portions of the plates 4 can be made in the form of cylindrical tubes. The sump 3 is provided with a spillway pipe 8, and in the housing 1 there is a fixed feed inlet 9, a vapor outlet pipe 10 and a purge inlet 11. The evaporator works as follows. The heated medium is passed through chamber 2, the space above which is filled with the steam-water mixture. In the settler 3 immersed in the steam-water mixture, this mixture is divided into steam, which is discharged from housing 1 through pipe 10, and water is fed through tube 8 into chamber 2. Intensive separation of the mixture into water and steam is promoted by plates 4, cooled by the medium passing at this time along the path 7. The steam lead to the mixture enters the package through the upper (raised) sections of the plates 4 (Fig. 2, arrow D). Through these same sites, an evacuation from the package of released steam takes place. The water is drained through the lower (lowered) sections of the plates 4 into the settling tank 3. In the 4 layers of the steam-water mixture adjacent to the cooled parts of the mixture, the steam inclusions condense, which contributes to the rapid development of local dynamic effects in the area of the fins 5. The most rapid their development under the same heat load of the plates 4 takes place when only the upper (raised) sections of the plates 4 are hollow, since in this case the flow is accelerated in a shorter section ( Water consumption in the initial section 4 plates). Nutrient water can be used as the cooling medium of the plates 4, as in most cases it enters the evaporator with underheating relative to the saturation temperature. Thus, the installation of plates inclined in its direction over the settling basin, provided with longitudinal ribs and made with cavities included in the coolant channel, intensifies the separation of the steam-water mixture into water and steam, which leads to a reduction in the size and metal intensity of the evaporator.
