2 i I. („) („) -4й; M The invention relates to high voltage pulsed technology and can be used in the electrical industry to create electrophysical installations designed to test high-current elements of electrical circuits, to study the behavior of materials in a strong magnetic field, magnetic accumulation. A high voltage pulse generator is known, consisting of 24 blocks. Each unit contains a capacitive energy storage device, a protection device, a thyristor switch and a load. The protection device consists of a protective inductance and a resistor, is included in the discharge circuit in series and limits the amplitude and rate of increase of the short circuit current tch The specified device can be used many times, but its inclusion in the discharge circuit leads to a decrease in the operating current amplitude in the load and the coefficient generator use. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a high-voltage current pulse generator, state-STI, power of n chains, each of which contains a capacitive drive, the high-voltage output of which is connected to the first section of inductance consisting of two consistently connected sections. The second end of the first section is connected to the high-voltage electrode of the solid-state discharge and the first end of the non-linear resistor, the second end of which is connected to the firing ed-electrode of the specified discharge, the second output of which is connected to the output of the second inductance section. The second ends of the second section of the inductance and the firing electrode of the solid-state gaps are connected to the anode of the controlled thyristor switch. In this case, the low-voltage electrode of the solid-state arrester is grounded 2. The disadvantage of this generator is that the device protecting the thyristor switches against short-circuit current is only one-time action, i.e. after it is triggered, the solid-state gaps are destroyed. The purpose of the invention is to protect thyristor switches with multiple short circuits on a partitioned load. The goal is achieved by the fact that a high-voltage current pulse generator with protection of thyristor switches with a partitioned load, consisting of n identical circuits, each of which contains a capacitive energy storage device, the high-voltage output of which is connected to the first section of inductance consisting of two sections connected in series The second end of the first section is connected to a high voltage electrode. A solid state discharge, the first end of a nonlinear resistor connected to the second end of the non-linear resistor. electrode surge arrester and a second section of the inductance, the second ends of the second section and the solid-state ignitor connected with discharge arrestor, the anode Tiris iterated controllable switch, a low voltage electrode of the solid-state arrester grounded, is formed of two identical parts containing I employed. for one load of chains in each hour 1, while the cathodes of the thyristor switches of the first part of the generator are connected to the first end of the primary winding of an additional protective transformer, the second end of which is connected to the first end of the first load section, and the cathodes of the thyristor switches of the second part of the generator are connected to the first end the secondary winding of the protective transformer, the second end of which is connected to the first end of the second load section, and the second ends of each load section are grounded. Figure 1 shows the high-voltage pulse generator; in fig. 2 - control unit thyristor switches. The generator (Fig. 1) consists of two identical parts along in chains in each, with G 1. Each chain contains a capacitive drive 1, the high-voltage electrode of which is connected to the first end of the first section of inductance 2, which is connected to the high-voltage electrode of the solid-state bit 3, the first ends of the nonlinear resistor 31 pa 4, the second end of which is connected to the ignition electrode of the arrester which is connected to the second end of the second end of the second inductance section 2 connected in series with the anode control An advanced thyristor switch 5, whose control electrode is connected to the control unit 6, and whose cathode in the first part is connected to the first end of the primary winding of the protective transformer 7, the second end of which is connected to the first end of the load 8. In the second part, the anode thyristor switch 5 is connected to the primary end of the secondary winding of the transformer 7, the second end of which is connected to the first end of the load 8. The second ends of the loads of both parts of the generator and low-voltage electrodes of solid-state gaps Lena. The control unit 6 (Fig. 2) consists of a delayed-pulse generator 9, which is powered from a 220 V power supply and the output of which is connected to the primary winding of the transformer 10. The secondary winding of this transformer is connected to the control electrode of the thyristor 11, the anode of which is connected to resistor 1 The second terminal of this resistor is connected to the first end of the chain, which consists of 2 c in series connecting. interconnection of the primary windings of the transformers 13. The second end of the chain is connected to the first lead of the capacitor 14, the second to which the secondary winding of the transformer 10 and the cathode of the thyristor 11 are grounded. The following circuit is connected in parallel to the capacitor 14: diode 15, resistor 16, transformer secondary winding 17. The primary winding of this transformer is connected to a variable voltage source - 220 V electrical network. The secondary windings of transformers 13 are connected to the control electrodes and to the thyristor cathodes to the other switches 5. The generator works like this. In normal mode, the control unit 6 charges the capacitor 14. Then, a signal is triggered to the generator, which generates a pulse, which opens the driver. 11. Discharge of the capacitor 14 occurs. The resulting pulse is transmitted through the secondary windings of the transformers 13 to the control electrodes. thyristor switches 5. As a result, the discharge of the pre-charged capacitor 1 to the load 8 occurs. At the same time, the current in the nonlinear resistor 4 circuit is almost zero, since the fall is and the inductance section 2 is less than the threshold opening nonlinear resistor .4, initiating discharge arrestor 3 does not occur. In a partitioned load 8, a current flows, as determined by the parameters of the discharge circuit. The sequential connection of the primary and secondary windings of the Protection transformer into the discharge circuits does not affect the rate of increase of the operating current, as the EMF induced at the terminals of the transformer primary winding by the discharge current of the first part of the generator is compensated for by the EMF induced by the working current of the second part of the generator and vice versa. In the event of a short circuit on a load, in any part of the generator, EMF is induced which is induced into the protective transformer by short-circuit current and the operating current of the part of the generator operating in normal mode. The parameters of the protective transformer are chosen so that the rate of rise and the amplitude of the short-circuit current do not exceed the permissible values for this class of thyristors. In the event of a short circuit in the dc-transformer circuit or in two loads, the solid-state discharge circuit works reliably at the same time. Thus, the failure of the thyristor switch is eliminated. In the proposed generator, in comparison with the known ones, the reliability of protection of the thyristor switches against short circuit current is improved. This also reduces the material costs associated with re-fitting the protective device when it is operated in the short-load mode. 2 i I. („) („) -4th; M
