The invention relates to a force measuring technique and can be used to measure the torque of rotating shafts. A photoelectric torque meter is known, comprising an elastic shaft, an illuminator and a photodetector associated with the processing and measuring unit Cl3. A disadvantage of the known measure is the complexity of the design of the elastic shaft, which consists in the presence of special modulator disks mounted on the base portion of the elastic shaft, which may not be possible in all cases. Closest to the photoelectric torque moment meter proposed by the technical entity, which contains a spring with a hole intersecting the axis of rotation of the shaft, an illuminator and a photodetector mounted on opposite sides of the shaft with optical communication provided through the hole in the shaft at its particular angular position, and a processing unit for measuring information associated with a photodetector 23. The disadvantage of this meter is its narrow scope because of the need to install special tools on the shaft. The purpose of the invention is to expand the field of application by simplifying the shaft design. This goal is achieved. That is, in a photoelectric torque meter, comprising an elastic shaft with a hole intersecting the axis of rotation of the shaft, the illuminator and the photo receiver mounted on opposite sides of the shaft providing optical communication through the hole in the shaft to a certain angular position, and the processing unit of measuring information associated with the photodetector; the hole in the shaft is inclined to the axis of the shaft. Figure 1 shows the structural diagram of the proposed meter; Fig. 2 shows the voltage plots on the electronic units of the meter. A photoelectric torque meter contains an elastic shaft 1, in which a hole 2 is made, inclined to the axis of the shaft 1, an illuminator 3, a photo-receiver. 4, the counter 5 and b of the pulses, the microcomputer 7, the circuit 8 is disabled, the clock generator 9, as well as the lens system 10 and the optical fibers 11 and 12. The clock generator 9 is connected to the illuminator 3, one input of the prohibition circuit 8 and one input 5 of the pulse counter, the second input of which is connected to one output of the prohibition circuit 8, and the output to one input of the micro-computer 7, the second input of which is connected to the output of the counter of 6 pulses, one input of which is connected to the second output of the prohibition circuit 8, and the second to one the output of the photodetector 4, the second output of which is connected to the second input of the circuit 8 zap reta. The photodetector 4 and the illuminator 3 are connected by optical communication through the optical fibers 11 and 12, the lens system and the opening 2 in the shaft 1 at a certain angular position thereof. Photoelectric - torque meter works as follows. Under the action of the clock generator 9, the illuminator emits light pulses that reach the photo receiver 4 only in the time interval corresponding to the passage of the hole 2 in the shaft past the optical axis. In this case, a burst of impulses is formed at the output of the photodetector, which is read in counter 6. The prohibition scheme 8 is arranged in such a way that it permits the counting of pulses from the clock generator 9 to counter 5 from the time the first impulse 4 is registered by the photodetector 4 until the first pulse occurs. packs. Thus, for one shaft OT, the counter N registers the number N proportional to the circumference of the shaft 1, and in the counter b the number n proportional to the optical aperture of the inclined hole 2 in the shaft 1. As the rotation speed of the shaft changes, the numbers N and n change However, their ratio, which is calculated by the microcomputer 7, is determined only geometrically (by the diameter of the shaft and the optical aperture of the hole. Under the action of torque, the shaft 1 is twisted, resulting in an offset of the input and output windows The optical hole aperture 2 changes and its optical aperture. Thus, the -n / k ratio characterizes the magnitude of the torque. t. Voltage plots, as indicated by the pulse counter 5 and b, are shown in Fig. 2, and clock generator output 9; 5- bursts of pulses at the output of photodetector 4; in the pulses recovered by counter 5; .t.- The pulses recorded by the counter B. Diagrams 6, c, d are for one speed of shaft shaft. Plot E illustrates an increase in the number of pulses at the output of counter 6 while reducing the speed of rotation of the shaft, while the plot shows a simultaneous increase in the number of pulses recorded by counter 5. The diagrams of HarpyakH on the number of pulses recorded by counter 5, in particular, correspond to the same shaft rotational speed as the diagrams, 5, c.
Применение изобретени позвол ет производить измерение крут щих моментов при малых базах измерений, когда невозможно осуществить закрепление на небольшом свободном участке вала измерительные диски или другие датчики, не требует точной юстировки и точной обработки наклонного отверсти .The application of the invention makes it possible to measure torques at small measurement bases, when it is impossible to fix measuring discs or other sensors on a small free area of the shaft, does not require precise alignment and precise processing of the inclined hole.
