фильтровани .The invention relates to filtration, in particular to self-cleaning liquid filters, and can be used in the pulp and paper industry for the treatment of waste and recycled water. A filter for cleaning fluid is known, comprising a housing, a filter element and a device for regeneration, made in the form of a valve-shock 1. However, in this filter, the filter must be stopped in order to regenerate the filter element, which leads to a reduction in performance. Closest to the present invention is a self-cleaning cartridge filter comprising a housing with a bunker part and a drainage nozzle, a filter element and a drive membrane 2. The disadvantage of the filter is the complexity of the design of the drive of the membrane, which reduces the reliability and efficiency of the filter. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of regeneration and simplify the design. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the filter comprising a housing with a bunker part and a drainage nozzle, a filter element and a membrane with a drive, the diaphragm actuator is made in the form of a valve, the movable part of which is rigidly connected to the diaphragm, and the seat is mounted on the drainage nozzle. In this case, the membrane is installed horizontally in the upper part of the body, and the filter element is fixed on it. The drawing shows the proposed filter, a general view. The filter consists of a housing 1, a cover 2, between which a membrane 3 is installed. A filtering element 5 is attached to the last nut 4, the filtering material 6 is fixed in its lower part, and the nozzle 7 is installed in the upper part to drain the filtrate. In the lower part of the housing there is a drain connection 8 for sludge removal with a saddle 9, to which a spring 10, an adjustable nut 11, presses the movable part of the valve 12 rigidly connected to the filter element 5. The supply nozzle 13 ends with a nozzle 14. The filter works as follows . Through the feed nozzle 13, a filtering fluid is supplied to the filter, which by means of a nozzle 14 runs parallel to the filtering material 6. When the hydraulic pressure creates a force on the diaphragm 3 exceeding the force of the spring 10, the movable part of the valve 12 rises and releases pressure. Then the cycle is repeated. As a result, the filter element enters self-oscillations, the frequency and amplitude of which depends on the pressure of the fluid supplied to the filter. Thus, the filtering material 6 oscillates perpendicularly to the direction of the supplied liquid, which increases the efficiency of filtration and regeneration of the filtering material, since when the filtering element is raised, the hydraulic pressure inside the housing simultaneously drops. By varying the force of the spring 10, it is possible to vary the pressure of the fluid inside the filter, i.e. the pressure, of filtration. The invention allows, with a simple design of the vibrating drive, to improve the conditions for regeneration of the filtering element, without interrupting the filtering process.
