12,The invention relates to devices for mixing turbulent flow of liquids or gases and can be used in various portions, for example, in chemical, petrochemical, for the preparation of homogenous mixtures. According to the main auth. No. 780868 is known for a tubular type mixer for the preparation of gas mixtures, comprising a housing, inlet and outlet fittings, distribution grids In which tubes with openings for the passage of the mixture are installed in parallel. The tubes in cross section are rectangular, the ratio of the diagonals of the rectangles at the outflow and inlet of the tubes is 1.2-1.3. The ratio of the average area of the tubes to the cross-sectional area of the versions in them is 3.6–5.0, and the ratio of the pitch to their diameter is 10–20 1J. The proposed ratio of the diagonals of the rectangles at the inlet and outlet of the ribs eliminates the increase: of the mixture in the direction of motion, to ensure a uniform distribution of the component along the length (holes). The latter quality is additionally achieved due to the ratio of the area of the tubes to the total area of the holes. The proposed relative pitch ratio allows, at a fixed value of pressure drops across the holes, to provide an almost maximum penetration depth (while maintaining the requirement that there is no restriction on discreteness) and, therefore, to provide the necessary penetration depth (due to high-efficient mass transfer) resistance and energy costs. However, due to the fact that the entire mass of the component is supplied through a system of openings located on the walls of the tubes, the necessary values of the penetration depths are large, and, as a result, energy costs for preparing the mixture reach large values, while the stability of the mixing qualities is low. The purpose of this is to increase the effectiveness of mixing. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in the mix, with the body :, the inlet and outlet fittings, the distribution is 1 4 lattices in which tubes are installed in parallel, having the shape of rectangles in cross section, the ratio of the diagonals in the output sections and the inlet of the tubes is 1.2-1.3; the ratio of the average cross-sectional area of the tubes to the cross-sectional area of the holes in them is 3.6-5.0, the ratio of the pitch of the holes to their diameter is 10-20, the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the tubes at the inlet of the mixture to the cross-sectional area of the tubes at the exit 0.7-0.8, and an additional grille, the cross-sectional area of the openings of which is 2-3% of the average cross-sectional area of the tubes, the tubes are provided with nozzles installed in one of every two oppositely arranged apertures and directed inward of the tube. In addition, the nozzle outlet is placed from the wall of the tube at a distance of 0.38-0.40 N, where H is the distance between the opposite walls of the tube in the cross section of the arrangement of the holes, Figure 1 shows the mixer, the section; figure 2 is a cross section aa in figure 1, the Mixer contains installed in the housing 1, the upper and lower distribution grids 2 and 3 ,. to which the tubes 4 are attached. On the side surface of the tubes 4 there are opposite holes 5, one of which two opposite holes are provided with a nozzle 6 immersed inside the tubes 4 for a distance of 0.38-0.40 N from the walls of the tubes 4, where H - the distance between the opposite walls of the tubes 4 in the cross section of the arrangement of the holes. The housing i is provided with inlet fittings 7 and 8 for low-pressure and high-pressure components, respectively, as well as fitting 9 for withdrawal of the mixture. To evenly distribute the component through the holes 5 in the case i, a baffle plate 0 is installed, and there are slots P, To evenly distribute the low pressure component through the tubes 4 in the case 1 a throttle grid 12 is installed. The device operates as follows. Low-pressure component through the nozzle 7 enters the housing 1 of the mixer. Pass through the throttle grid 12,
