Description
The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used to treat cataracts of any etiology (senile traumatic, congenital).
Известен искусственный хрусталик характеризующийс наличием линзы и onopHMii элементов в виде двух лежащих в одной плоскости с оптической частью разомкнутых эластичных петель , вогнутых в одну сторону, концы которых прикреплены к торцовой поверхности линзы, а свободные концы заканчиваютс булавовидным утолщением С t 3.An artificial lens is known, characterized by the presence of a lens and onopHMii elements in the form of two open elastic loops lying in the same plane with the optical part, bent to one side, the ends of which are attached to the end surface of the lens, and the free ends end with club-shaped thickening C t 3.
The disadvantage of this artificial lens is that it possesses a postoperative complication - the decentralization of the optical part with respect to the optical axis of the eye, associated with the lens design, which has only two points of support along the rounded part of the supporting arms, as well as the broken design of the supporting elements.
2. .The closest technical solution to the invention is an artificial lens containing the optical part of the lens and supporting elements in the form of two diametrically disjoint loops lying in the same plane with the plane of the optical part of lens 2..
The disadvantage of this artificial lens is also the decentralization of the optical part of the lens with respect to the optical axis of the eye, which leads to a decrease in eye function.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce postoperative osloses at its fixation in the posterior chamber of the eye.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in an artificial lens, the eyes containing the optical part of the lens and supporting elements made in the form of two diametrically located loops lying in the same plane with the plane of the optical part of the lens, the ends of the loops intersect each other and are fixed in the end surface.
The drawing shows an artificial eye lens, a general view,
2,The artificial lens of the eye contains the optical part of the lens 1 and the supporting elements, made in the form of two mutually intersecting loops 2,
This artificial lens of the eye is implanted through the incision of the cornea along the outer edge of the limbus to form a conjunctival flap 3-4 mm wide. The pupil is dilated by introducing 1% mezaton into the anterior chamber. The anterior lens capsule is opened around the circumference with a cybotomus. The nucleus of the lens is removed in a loop. The lens masses are washed through the cannula with saline. The artificial lens of the eye is inserted using a special tool containing a handle and a working part bent relative to the longitudinal axis of the handle at 30-60 °. The working part of the tool is made in the form of a plate with curved edges forming two grooves into which supporting elements of the artificial lens of the eye, pre-compressed to the size of the working part of the tool. The working part of the instrument is inserted into the posterior chamber by the iris for 18 hours, the artificial lens is attached with a spatula, and the instrument is pulled out of the anterior chamber by the handle and thus the lower part of the supporting elements is placed in the posterior chamber. Then, with the help of a micro hook and anterior chamber tweezers, the remaining part of the support elements of the artificial lens is tucked. The wound is then sealed with 6-7 knotted sutures. To restore the anterior chamber, it is recommended to introduce an isotonic solution of sodium chloride into it. Finally, a continuous suture collapses on the conjunctiva.
The implantation of this artificial lens of the eye is indicated in the presence of aphakia with a preserved posterior lens capsule, as well as directly after extracapsular extraction performed in various ways with cataracts of any etiology.
A contraindication to the implantation of this artificial lens of the eye is the absence of the posterior lens capule or its damage during operative intervention.
Thus, artificial hrutalik has wide indications for different types of lens pathology
