The invention relates to devices for detecting changes in illumination and can be used in automation, in particular in pneumatic conveying installations, for recording the passage of capsules. A photosensor is known for registering a span of capsules containing a photodiode, one of which is connected through a resistor to the input of amplifier 1. The disadvantage of this device is low noise immunity, which is characterized by false erasers, i.e. the appearance of a signal at the output when the photographic camera is darkened by an extraneous object (interference), and there is no signaling that the illumination decreases. The closest in technical essence to the invention is a photosensor comprising a photodetector connected to the input of the threshold device and the capacitor plate, and the output of the threshold device is the first output of the photosensor 2. The disadvantages of the known devices are low noise immunity; the absence of an alarm signal for dimming of illumination, which leads to sudden failures. The purpose of the invention is to increase the photosensitivity of the photoresistance and reliability by signaling a decrease in illumination. This goal is achieved in that a photo sensor containing a photo sensor connected to the input of a threshold device and a condenser lining, the output of the threshold device being the first photo output of the Sensor, a delay device and an additional threshold device, the input of which is connected to the output photodetector, and the output - with the second input of the prohibition device, the first input of which is connected to the output of the delay device, the input of which is connected to the output of the first threshold device, and the output PTS prohibition device is the second output of the photosensor. In this case, the inhibitor device is made on a 33-trigger, a resistor and a capacitor, C-in; one trigger is the first input of the prohibition device, T-input is the second output of the photosensor, and the forward output of the trigger through a resistor is connected to the R-input and a capacitor. FIG. 1 shows the structural scheme of the proposed photo sensor; in fig. 2 - diagrams of electrical signals at various points of the device. The photo sensor contains a photodetector 1, the output of which is connected to the capacitor 2 and the inputs of the threshold devices 3 and 4, the output of the device 3 is connected to the first photo output 5 of the sensor and the input of the delay device 6, the output of which is connected to the first input of the prohibition device 7, the second input of which is connected to the output of the threshold device 4, and the output of the device 7 prohibition is connected to the second output 8 of the photosensor. . The inhibitor device is made on, 1) the trigger 9, the resistor 10 and the capacitor 11, the C-input of the trigger 9 is the first input of the prohibition device 7, the D-input is the second input of the prohibition device 7, the inverse output is the second output of the photosensor, and my trigger output 9 through the resistor: resistor 10 is connected to the R input and 1 g capacitor. The device works as follows. In the initial state (Fig. 2), the photodetector 1 is illuminated and its current is 1 ;, the maximum. When the photodetector is darkened by the object, the photodetector current drops sharply. The voltage across the capacitor 2 decreases gradually due to its discharge through the input circuits of the threshold devices 3 and 4. With a gradual decrease in the voltage Ug. at the inputs of the threshold devices, the latter work, and the threshold levels and 4 and 4 are selected in this way, device 4 operates earlier than device 3. After the object passes, the light of the photodetector 1 and the current through it restore the previous levels, but the voltage at the inputs of the threshold devices 3 and 4 increases gradually due to the linear charge of the capacitor 2 by the stable current of the photodetector 1. The current stability is. a consequence of the high output impedance of the photodetector 1, characteristic of all types of photodetectors. As the voltage rises, threshold devices 3, devices 3 and 4 take on initial states, and device 3 is earlier than device 4. At the outputs of threshold devices 3 and 4, voltage pulses appear at the outputs of device 4 (, | x4). the D-input of the trigger 9, and from the output of the device 3 - to the first output 5 of the photo sensor (output bus) and to the input of the device 6. Delay from the output of the device 6 delayed inverted pulse and gbix 6 is fed to the C-input of the trigger 9. Initial state trigger 9 is zero, the delay value t eader, I choose t in such a way that the trailing edge of the delayed pulse arrives at the C-input of the trigger 9. after the end of the pulse at the B-input. Thus, the trigger does not change its state, and at the output 8 the pulse g does not occur. When a disturbance is applied to the photodetector the current pulse has either a short duration, but a large amplitude, or, conversely, a longer duration, but a small amplitude. In these cases, the pulses do not appear at the photosensor outputs (Fig. 2) due to the integration of the current of the photodetector on the capacitor or due to insufficient amplitudes. The voltage at the inputs of the threshold devices 3 and 4 in this case does not reach the thresholds and does not trigger the operation of devices 3 and 4. The decrease in the initial illumination of the photodetector 1 under the influence of any factors, such as contamination of the photosensor, reduces the initial current. When the photodetector 1 is darkened by the object, the photosensor works in a manner similar to that described. The difference arises after passing the object, since the initial current of the photodetector becomes less than the length of the rear edge of the pulse on the capacitor 2 increases because it is proportional to the charge current of the capacitor. An increase in the duration of the falling edge of the pulse at the inputs of the threshold devices 3 and 4 leads to an increase in the duration of the pulses at their outputs, and at the output of device 4 to a greater extent than at the output of device 3. Since the delay time of device 6 54 remains constant, by the time of arrival at the C-input of the flip-flop 9 of the inverted delayed pulse from the output of the device 6, at the D-input the pulse is still present and the trigger changes its state to one. Output 8 produces a voltage drop indicating a decrease in illumination. After some time, determined by the value of the resistor and the capacitance of the capacitor 11, the trigger accepts the initial state. Use as a prohibition device) -trigger is due to the fact that in known prohibition schemes, a pulse of greater duration prohibits the passage of pulses of equal or shorter duration. The proposed prohibition scheme allows the prohibition of the passage of a pulse of longer duration by a pulse of shorter duration. At the same time, the inhibitor circuit forms an output pulse of the required duration using an RC circuit. In addition, under normal illumination, the intersection of the light beam with interference may cause the triggering of threshold device 4 and not trigger the threshold device 3. The interdiction device on the trigger ignores the pulse at the second input of the interdiction device and does not cause the pulse. The threshold value srabatania threshold device 4 is chosen in such a way that when the illumination is reduced, a pulse at the output 8 arises before the photo sensor arises, caused by interference. The invention in pneumatic conveying installations makes it possible to significantly increase the operational reliability of the installations and to increase their performance due to the reduction in the number of failures and failures of photo sensors by several times, resulting in downtime of installations associated with eliminating the causes of failures and failures. The usefulness of the facilities is also increased due to the introduction of an alarm for contaminating the photosensor, with the result that periodic preventive work can be done as needed.
