Предлагаемый способ позвол ет ократить сроки лечени .The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to neurology. A known method for the treatment of cardalgus with the help of iovocainic blockades of the reflexogenic zones of the left side of the Cl3 chest cell. However, long treatment periods are observed. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the duration of treatment. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of treating cardalgia by reflex action, the effect on the baroreceptual zones of bone marrow of the left humeral process of the scapula is made by injecting 0.9% sodium chloride solution into its spongy part in a dose of 1.0-2.0 ml for 40-50 seconds. The method is concluded as follows. The patient is in the sit position. An injection needle was inserted into the spongiosia part of the left humeral process of a blade of depths of 2-3 mm, through which a syringe of 40–50 s was used to inject 1.0–2.0 ml of freshly prepared 0.9% sodium chloride. If necessary, the procedure is repeated after 5-7 days. Within 1-2 minutes, it is possible to stop the pain. Example. Patient B., 1942. birth, admitted to hospital with complaints of pain in the heart, general weakness, disturbance, sleep. Based on objective studies, neurocirculatory dystonia was diagnosed by hypotensive type. Marked sinus tachycardia, a decrease in blood pressure numbers. In the sitting position, an injection needle was inserted into the spongy part of the left humeral process of the scapula to a depth of 2-3 mm, through which a syringe of 40% freshly prepared 0.9% sodium chloride solution was injected with a syringe. After 2 min, the patient noted the disappearance of pain, gradually. improved mood, improved sleep, normalized blood pressure, sinus tachycardia disappeared. The proposed method allows shortening the treatment time.
