Description
The invention relates to heat engineering equipment and can be used in the metallurgical and chemical industries for recovering heat from waste gases, with tough aggressive components.
1.A heat exchanger is known that contains heat exchange elements connected to the inlet and outlet headers 1.
A disadvantage of the known heat exchanger is the low operational reliability due to the rapid loss of heat exchange elements.
2.Recuperators are also known that contain heat exchange elements connected to the inlet and outlet collectors and provided with a protective screen 2 at the gas inlet section.
Недостатком такого рекуператора вл етс также низка надежность из-за высоких тепловых нагрузок на входных со стороны газов участках теплообменных элементов .The disadvantage of such a heat exchanger is also low reliability due to high thermal loads on the gas-inlet parts of the heat exchange elements.
The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by reducing thermal loads.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a recuperator containing heat exchange elements connected to the inlet and outlet headers and provided with a protective screen at the gas inlet section, the protective screen is made of heat pipes, the condensation areas of which are located in the inlet manifold.
FIG. 1 shows schematically a heat exchanger with tubular heat exchangers.
2.elements, general view; in fig. 2 - recuperator with heat exchange elements in the form of ducts, general view; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 2
7. The recuperator contains heat exchange elements 1, connected to the inlet and outlet manifolds 2 and 3, respectively, and provided at the gas inlet side with a protective screen made of heat pipes 4, condensation sections 5 of which are located in the inlet manifold 2. The recuperator contains an emergency collector 6 and installed in the flue 7.
The recuperator operates as follows.
В случае прекращени подачи воздуха все тепло тепловой трубы 4 отводитс в аварийном коллекторе 6, подключенном к независимому теплоносителю (например, воде).The flue gases, the passage through the flue 7, give off heat to the heat exchange elements 1, part of which perceives a protective screen made in the form of a heat pipe 4. Cold air enters the inlet manifold 2, where it is preheated, perceived heat from the condensation section 5 of the heat pipe 4, and then passes to the heat exchange element. In the event that the air supply is cut off, all the heat of the heat pipe 4 is removed in the emergency collector 6 connected to an independent heat transfer medium (for example, water).
В больщинстве случае достаточно защитить тепловыми трубами только входной со стороны газов участок теплообменных элементов , но в случае высоких тепловых нагрузок целесообразно защитить тепловой трубой и другие участки теплообменного элемента .In most cases, it is sufficient to protect with heat pipes only the gas-exiting section of the heat exchange elements, but in case of high heat loads it is advisable to protect the heat pipe and other parts of the heat exchange element.
