Таким образом, в результате создани гидротехнического сооружени предлагаемым способом упрощаетс отвод рассола, увеличиваетс скорость намораживани и, следовательно, сокращаютс сроки создани ледового гидротехнического сооружени , улучшаетс св зь монолита с дном мор , увеличиваетс хладозапас, а также срок службы сооружени .The invention relates to hydraulic structures, in particular ice islands for the drilling of offshore oil and gas wells, and can be used in hydraulic engineering, oil and gas industry, as well as in other areas where it is necessary to create ice monoliths that are mostly frozen from the sea. water. There is a known method of creating a hydraulic structure, in particular an ice artificial island, including layer-by-layer freezing of an ice monolith by irrigating with seawater and removing brine formed during the freezing of freshwater component of seawater LI J. The disadvantage of this method is that removing the brine from space there are certain difficulties between the layers: the spontaneous outflow of brine increases the time of freezing of the structure, the forced removal of brine complicates the equipment and increases Vaeth imost hundred works. 1- There is also known a method for creating a well-constructed hydraulic structure for a predominantly artificial ice island for drilling oil and gas wells, which consists in layer-by-layer freezing of the ice monolith by periodical watering with seawater with removal of brine 2. The disadvantage of the method is that the brine migration in the monolith body occurs slowly with the formation of the monolith penetrating channels, which weaken the strength of the monolith. Forcing the removal of brine requires certain equipment costs and complicates the work on freezing. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the production of works while increasing the strength of the monolith. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of creating an ice hydraulic engineering structure, solid mechanical inclusions with a specific gravity greater than the specific gravity of water are introduced into the jet of seawater sprayed water. In addition, these inclusions are introduced cooled to a temperature lower than the temperature of the measured water. The method is carried out as follows. In the ice field, an area of the ice cover is cut out, on the surface of which ice begins to freeze. For this, sea water is sprayed onto the surface. At the same time, sand or soil cooled to ambient air is introduced into the jet of sprayed water. The bulk of the sea water has a temperature from 0 to under the winter conditions of the northern seas. Departure from the spraying device, particles of water on the fly freeze and fall on the ice in the form of cereals or small ice floes. Since the cooling of particles of water ejecting from the binders begins outside, the outer part of the drop is exposed to icing. Since only the fresh component of the droplet freezes, the piece of ice becomes three-layered: a brine particle, then a layer of ice and an unfrozen brine particle that envelops the ice ball. The internal part of the brine remains in the ball, and the external part flows from it when the ball falls to the surface. Since the specific gravity of the brine is greater than the averaged specific gravity of the ball, the brine flows down from the ball and goes down, and the ball lies on the surface. Thus, in the usual freezing, the brine appears between the ice particles and inside them. Its compulsory removal requires large expenditures (for example, rolling namorookennyh layers using special-gravity rollers) and the presence of special equipment. The introduction of cooled sand into the sprayed jet of seawater leads to the fact that a large number of water droplets seize a supercooled (compared to the temperature of the outgoing drop) a solid particle on the fly, and its specific gravity is greater than theirs. This particle serves as a center for the crystallization of the fresh component, and an icy build-up is formed around it. Since the specific heat of a solid particle is larger than that of air, the main part of the freshwater component forms around it, and a very thin ice shell forms outside, bursting when the droplet falls, resulting in almost all the brine outside the ice ball and drains from it . There is practically no brine inside the ball and it turns out to be much more durable than in the case of conventional (without sparging) freezing. The presence of a sand particle in this ball increases its specific weight (becomes larger than that of brine), so the balls that fell on the surface of the monolith are immersed in it, and the brine remains on top, thereby improving its removal in both natural and forced ways. In addition, the total weight of the monopite increases, due to which it sits more firmly on the bottom and has a stronger (with the participation of the gravitational component) connection with it, and also increases by $ averaged heat capacity of the monolith material, thanks to what it does for winter a period of greater cold storage and can better withstand the island’s melting currents in the summer. Thus, as a result of creating a hydraulic structure using the proposed method, the removal of brine is simplified, the rate of freezing increases and, therefore, the time needed to create an ice hydraulic structure is shortened, the connection of the monolith to the bottom of the sea is improved, the storage capacity of the monolith is improved, as well as the service life of the structure.
