Description
The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular, to methods for suppressing the development of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in wadded oil formations. (SRB introduced into oil reservoirs during artificial water flooding, carry out anaerobic restoration of sulfates, leading to intensive formation of hydrogen sulfide. Maximum activity of SVB is manifested in the bottomhole zones of injection wells, which is due to the presence of a number of environmental factors, due to development of microorganisms. Decreased permeability and oil recovery, as well as increased corrosion processes as a result of the life of SSC, which cause great damage to the national economy, The ability to search for effective bactericides to control biogenic sulfate reduction. There is a known method of suppressing the development of SRB in oil deposits, as well as in technical media and cooling systems using chemical reagents-bactericides, such as Formalin fij .t The disadvantage of this method is the short duration of bactericidal action formalin and the need to use higher doses (at least 6 g / l). The closest to the invention is a method of preventing the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria, in which achestve chemical reagent used bactericide heterocyclic amine morpholine 2j Despite the availability of said compounds, it has not found wide practical application due to the relatively low efficiency of the bactericidal effect. In addition, morpholine is a highly volatile and highly toxic compound, which is a great danger to people and the environment. The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency and simplify the process. The goal is achieved in that, according to the method for preventing the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria, methylaminobenzoic acid methylbbui is used as a chemical reagent-bactericide Synthesis of meta-aminobenzoic acid methyl ester is carried out from available m-aminobenzoic acid. The method is carried out as follows. Sterile aqueous solutions of metha-aminobenzoic acid methyl ester and a known bactericide in a concentration of 0.005-0.5% are poured into 10 ml standard sterile vials. Then 0.5 ml suspension of the PBS test culture is added to all the vials. Samples without bactericide are used as controls. After a 24-hour incubation at room temperature, the contents of each vial with a standard sterile pipette (5.0 ml volume) are sown in a separate vial with 5.0 ml of Postgate medium containing ferrous sulphate ferrous sulphate (FeSOi) as a indicator of the growth of SVB. After incubation for 15 days. while visually evaluating the growth of SSC. The presence of bactericidal properties is judged by inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and the absence of changes in the nutrient medium. Effective is the dose of the drug, which causes 100% growth inhibition and the development of the test culture of sulfate reducing bacteria. In the control tubes without the addition of bactericide, the development of SSC with the formation of black precipitate of iron sulfide as a result of the dissimilatory reduction of sulfates is noted. . The results presented in the table show that the bactericidal activity of meth-aminobenzoic acid methyl ester is 10 times Bbmje than morpholine.

Thus, the high bactericidal activity of meta-aminobenzoic acid methyl ester, which provides 100% suppression of the development of SSC, will prevent microbial contamination of oil reservoirs and corrosion of metal equipment.
