The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended to restore vision in complicated cathomes, the transparency and optical function of which cannot be restored by corneal transplantation. The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the proposed is keratoprosthesis containing optical and supporting parts 1. The disadvantages of this keratoprosthesis are high traumatization during the operation and the danger of subsequent rejection of keratoprosthesis, which are the main problem of keratoprosthesis. This is caused by implanting into the cornea the support part of the prosthesis, into which the optical part is then inserted. These elements have a large size and mass in comparison with the cornea of the eye and determine the trauma during surgery. In addition, being a large foreign body, the elements of keratoprosthesis contribute to the occurrence of inflammatory and destructive processes of the cornea, causing subsequent prosthesis rejection. A keratoprosthesis also does not provide the ability to correct vision defects in anatomical disorders of the eyelids and corneas. The purpose of the invention is to provide an opportunity for keratoprosthetics in anatomical disorders of the eyelids and corneas while maintaining the nervous apparatus of the eye. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a keratoprosthesis containing an optical and supporting part, the optical part is made of composite and contains a positive lens and glass fibers, and the supporting part consists of a mushroom base with a perforated insert inserted into it and a perforated plate, while the lens is installed in a mushroom-shaped base and glass fibers are located between the liner and the plate and pass through the latter. The drawing schematically shows the proposed keratoprosthesis. A keratoprosthesis contains an optical part consisting of a positive lens 1 and glass fibers 2. The keratoprosthesis supporting part includes a mushroom base 3 with a perforated insert 4 installed in it and a perforated plate 5 at the same time lens 1 is installed in a mushroom base 3, and fiber glass 2 is located between the perforated insert 4 and a perforated plate 5 and pass through them. I. keratoprosthesis implantation is carried out as follows. The assembled and fastened perforated plate 5 into the common bundle individual fiberglass 2 is introduced into the eye through the incision of the cornea 6, for example, the limbal, and then using a surgical needle, the individual fiberglass bundles are guided through the cornea in various places and directions to its front. Derived fiber 2 clamped perforated liner 4 into a single bundle and cut at its front. Then, a positive lens 1 is installed close to the perforated liner 4. In the event that, due to the deep adhesions of the block with the eyelids outside, the part of the keratoprosthesis cannot be located on the eye block, it can be fixed on the front part of the head. In this case, the individual bundles of glass fibers, which were removed from the eye, are guided by a surgical needle under the conjunctive and then through the soft tissues of the face to its front. In the proposed keratoprosthesis, the cornea thickness is penetrated only by thin beams of light guides with insignificant size and weight, and the optical part of the prosthesis is placed on the anterior surface of the cornea or the face skin (forehead, eyelids), which drastically reduces the trauma of the operation, subsequent inflammatory and destructive processes in the cornea and also keratoprosthesis rejection. In addition, such a decision allows keratoprosthetics to be performed with pronounced irreversible (inoperable) splices of the eyelids with an eye block, provided that the nervous apparatus of the eye is preserved.
