Однако данное устройство сложно по конструкции и в управлении. Цель изобретени - упрощение кон струкции и управлени ею. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что фиксатор положени , содержащий корпус с окнами и размещенным в нем подвижным фиксирующим средством, выполненным в виде штока и взаимодействующих с ним подпружиненных су харей, шарнщ)но установленных с возможностью размещени в окнах корпус он снабжен втулкой, свободно устано ленной в корпусе на штоке, а сухари закреплены на конце штока. На фиг. 1 показано исходное поло жение фиксатора; на фиг. 2 - промежуточное положение; на фиг. 3 рабочее положение. Фиксатор положени содержит кор . пус t с полостью 2, окнами 3 и буртом 4 и размещенные в нем подвижное фиксирукщее средство, выполненное в виде штока 5 и взаимодействуюп их с ним подпружиненных сухарей 6, уст новленных с возможностью размещени в окнах 3 корпуса 1, и втулку 7, свободно установленную в корпусе 1 12 на штоке 5. Сухари 6 закреплены на оси 8 на конце штока 5 и поджаты пружиной 9. На конце корпуса имеетс заглушка 10. Фиксатор положени работает еле-: дукицим образом. В- исходном положении шток 5 с сухар ми 6 выведен из корпуса 1, а втулка 7 находитс в нижнем крайнем положении корпуса 1. При перемещении штока 5 с сухар ми 6 вверх в рабочее положение, сухари 6 дойд до кромки бурта 4 в -корпусе 1, поворачиваютс вокруг оси 8, сжима пружину 9. Пройд бурт 4, сухари 6 под действием пружины 9 расход тс в стороны до взаимодействи со стенкой полости 2 в корпусе 1 и одновременного взаимодействи с втулкой 7, поднима ее вверх. Дойд до окон 3, сухари 6 под действием пружины 9 вход т в окна 3, а перемещение штока 5 прекращаетс . Шток 5 относительно корпуса 1 занимает рабочее положение, показанное на фиг. 4. Дл вывода штока 5 из рабочего положени его сначала перемещают в промежуточное положение с фиг.2 вверх до упора в торец полости 2, при этом сухари 6 вывод тс из окон 3 и вход т в отверстие втулки 7, сжима пружину 9. Затем шток 5 перемещают вниз вместе со втулкой 7 и сжатыми в ней сухар ми 6. При выходе штока 5 с сухар ми 6 из корпуса 1 втулка 7 упираетс в бурт 4 и останавливаетс , освобожда сухари 6, которые под действием пружины 9 расход тс в стороны, занима исходное положение, как показано на фиг. 3. Изобретение позвол ет упростить конструкцию и управление фиксатором положени при сохранении надежности фиксации сухарей штока в окнах корпуса и сохранении возможности расфиксаций .1 The invention relates to mechanical engineering. Tus t with a cavity 2, windows 3 and a collar 4 and movable locking means placed in it, made in the form of a rod 5 and interacting with spring loaded crackers 6, installed with the possibility of placement in the windows 3 of the housing 1, and a sleeve 7, freely installed in the housing 1 12 on the stem 5. The crackers 6 are fixed on the axis 8 at the end of the stem 5 and are preloaded by the spring 9. At the end of the housing there is a plug 10. The position lock works in a very ductile way. In the initial position, the stem 5 with the breadcrumbs 6 is removed from the housing 1, and the sleeve 7 is in the lower extreme position of the housing 1. When the stem 5 with the breadcrumbs 6 is moved upward to the working position, the crackers 6 reach the edge of the collar 4 in the body 1 , rotate around the axis 8, compressing the spring 9. Passing the collet 4, the crackers 6 under the action of the spring 9 diverge sideways before interacting with the wall of the cavity 2 in the housing 1 and simultaneously interacting with the sleeve 7, lifting it upwards. After reaching the windows 3, the crackers 6 under the action of the spring 9 enter the windows 3, and the movement of the rod 5 stops. The rod 5 with respect to the housing 1 occupies the operating position shown in FIG. 4. To withdraw the rod 5 from the working position, it is first moved to the intermediate position of FIG. 2 upwards against the stop in the end face of the cavity 2, while the crackers 6 are removed from the windows 3 and enter the hole in the sleeve 7, compressing the spring 9. Then the rod 5 is moved down with the sleeve 7 and the crumbs compressed in it 6. When the stem 5 with the crumbs 6 leaves the casing 1, the sleeve 7 rests against the shoulder 4 and stops, releasing the crumbs 6, which are consumed by the action of the spring 9 the initial position, as shown in FIG. 3. The invention allows to simplify the design and control of the position lock while maintaining the reliability of fixing the stem crackers in the housing windows and preserving the possibility of uncoupling.
