The invention relates to a device for grinding materials, namely crushers, and can be applied in the construction, mining and other industries. A known apparatus for grinding materials comprising a split housing with a rotor mounted therein and a grate mounted on an elastic gasket. The crushing material is fed through a receiving chamber and a grate, where the fines are screened out and large pieces of I are crushed. The disadvantage of this installation is that when an unclaspable material enters the installation, it goes out of order. Closest to the proposed one is the crusher, which includes a housing in which a number of grate bars are installed by means of hinges, in the gaps between which the working elements of the rotor 2 are located. A disadvantage of the known crusher is low working efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the crusher by providing selective crushing. This goal is achieved by the fact that the crusher, which includes a housing in which a number of grates are installed by means of hinges, in the gaps between which the working elements of the rotor are located, is equipped with additional rows of grates, and all the rows of grates are cascaded relative to each other, and Yes, they are hingedly connected with the grate bars of the underlying row, while the gap between the grate bars decreases in the direction of movement of the material. FIG. 1 shows schematically the proposed crusher, general view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. 1. The crusher includes a housing 1, in which a number of 3 grid bars are installed by means of hinges 2, in the gaps between which the working elements 4 of the rotor are located 5. A row of 6 and 7 grid bars are mounted in cascade relative to each other, while the grid bars the row is pivotally connected to the grate of the underlying row, and the gap 8 between the grate is reduced in the direction of movement of the material. To return the bottom p of the grates 3 to the initial position, each counter grate has a counterweight 9 installed with the possibility of moving along the grates. Crusher works as follows. Through the loading nozzle 10, the material to be crushed enters the grinding zone of the crusher, where it is exposed to the working elements of the rotor and the upper row of grates. Larger, undersized pieces of material are crushed by the interaction of the working elements of the rotor and the underlying rows of grates. If there are intractable inclusions in the material to be ground (stones, pieces of iron, etc., occurring in the ground), the load on the grates of rows 7 and 6 increases, each of which may deviate from its original position around the respective hinges. At the maximum allowable dimensions of inadmissible inclusions, the grate rows of row 7, under the action of the inclusions, together with the grate rows of rows 6 and 3, rotate around their hinges, deviating from the initial position until the rotor 5 of the inclusions are completely ejected from the grinding zone. With medium sizes of inoperable inclusions, one or several grate bars of row 6 and grate bars of row 3 deviate around their hinge. In the presence of small inclusions, the bar bars of row 3 are deflected. Thus, the indestructible hooks fall into the grinding zone from the crusher without stopping the rotor and using manual labor, which contributes to improving the performance of the crusher. By means of the counterweight 9, it is possible to adjust the operation of the crusher depending on the strength of the ground being crushed, to select a rational installation mode, to reduce the energy intensity of the grinding process and the wear of the rotor working elements. The application of the invention improves the efficiency of the crusher.
