Description
The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to low-alloy steel to be welded, became m used in construction, auto and car building. Known steel 1J of the following composition, wt.%: Carbon 0.1-0.2 Silicon Manganese 0.2-1.0 Copper 0.09-0.28 Chromium 0.5-2.0 Not more than 0.6 Molybdenum Vanadium , niobium Not more than O, or titanium Not more than 0.15 Aluminum Tungsten and / or 0.02-1.0 tantalum Iron Rest The disadvantages of this steel are low resistance to atmospheric corrosion; and the presence of expensive and scarce alloying elements. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the attained solvent is steel 2 of the following composition, wt.% Carbon .0.03-0.1 Manganese, 0.8-1.6 Silicon, 0.3-0.8 Chromium, 0.7- 1.0 Copper0.3-0.5 Phosphorus0.05-0-0.08 Aluminum0.01-0.1 Vanadium 0.01-0.1 NioShy0.01-0.06 Nitrogen 0.01-0.05 Mouse 0,01- 0 0.1 Iron Else The disadvantage of the known steel is low crack resistance at high values of strength. The purpose of the invention is to increase the crack resistance of steel while maintaining strength. To achieve this goal, steel containing carbon, manganese, silicon, chromium, copper, aluminum, niobium, phosphorus, and iron contains dolant in the following ratio of components, wt%: Carbon 0.05-0.12 Manganese 0.5- 1.6 Silicon 0.2-0.8 0.4-1.0 0.1-0.5 Aluminum 0.01-0.1 Niobium 0.01-0-, 3 Phosphorus 0.05-0.12 0.001-0.3 Else The introduction of tantalum into the composition of the steel at the specified ratio of components increases the limit of the resistance to toughness of the steel while maintaining its high strength. Example. Steel ingots of 10 kg were melted, forged on plates with a thickness of 30 mm and rolled to a thickness of 10.5 mm. The crack resistance of steel was determined at room temperature by stretching samples of size 6x73x400 mm with a relative crack length of 0.1-0.7 mm. The table shows the compositions proposed and known steels and their properties. As follows from the data presented in the table, the proposed steel (compositions 1-3) has a 1.2-1.5 times higher crack resistance compared to the known (composition 4) while maintaining high strength. The annual economic effect from the use of the proposed steel is 88.8 thousand rubles.
