Abstract
A DEVICE FOR OSTEOSYNTHESIS made in the form of a perforated plate differs with the fact that, with a chain of shortening the regeneration of bone tissue, the surface of the plate is covered with a dielectric in the electret state with a potential distribution over the surface with a gradient of 0.1-3.0 V / mm.

00 1 The invention relates to medical technology, namely, devices providing osteosynthesis. A known plate with perforation for osteosynthesis, ensuring the fixation of bone fragments fl. However, this plate produces a passive role in the process of osteosynthesis, without taking into account the electrophysiological activity of the organism. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the period of time 1 bone tissue. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an osteosynthesis device, in a wavelength in the form of a perforated plate, the surface of the plate is covered with a dielectric in the electret state with the potential distribution over the surface with a gradient of 0.1-3.0 V / №1. Structurally, the proposed device is made, for example, from a valve metachal or with a coating of the latter. At the same time, the electric potential along the plate with a length of 60280 mm is functionally distributed with a gradient of 0.1-3.0 V / mm. The device is fixed on bone fragments with screws. 28 A detailed examination was carried out on 32 patients with a follow-up of up to one and a half years. At the same time, measurements were made of static electropots of bone (SEPC), X-ray densitometry, and measurement of mechanical characteristics. According to the results of research it has been established that the use of the proposed device has provided: recovery of the SEPC; homogeneous structure of the bone tissue in the area of the fracture, reduction of the period of formation of the callus, which allows physiological stress by 1.5 times (1.52 months against 2.5-3 months in the control); reduction of the term of adhesion by 1.52 times (2-3 months against. 3-4 months in the control) i reduction of the period of restructuring of the callus by 1.5-2 times (3-4 months against 5-6 in the control) . In addition, a significant reduction of 1.4-1.7 times the number of cases of bone tissue atrophy under the plate was found.
