The invention relates to a technique for protection against the harmful effects of a static malicious area and can be applied to protect electronic devices and maintenance personnel from being hit by discharges of static electricity. A device for removing static electricity charges, containing an element connected to a protected object, and a ground circuit 1 J "However, this device implements significant discharge currents. Therefore, it is not applicable for the protection of a number of electronic devices sensitive to the discharge energy. Closest to the present invention is a static electricity removal device containing a grounding circuit, a current-containing, demilitating element, one terminal of which is connected to the protected object and the other to the grounding circuit j. However, the known device has a low efficiency and limited functionality and possibilities due to the presence of a galvanic connection between the current limiting element and the ground. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency and expand the functional capabilities of the device. This goal is achieved by the fact that a static electricity removal device containing a grounding circuit, a current-limiting element, one output of which is connected to the protected object and the other to the grounding circuit, is equipped with a capacitor, a pulse counter and an alarm unit, and the ground circuit contains two diodes, gas. g arrester and impulse transformer in which the middle point of the primary winding is grounded through a gas discharger, each extreme point of the primary winding is connected to a current limiting element through one of the diodes, while the diodes are connected to the current limiting element by electrodes of different polarity, the secondary winding of the pulse transformer Pa connected to the input of the pulse counter, the output of the pulse counter to the input of the alarm unit, one of the capacitor electrodes to 972 point of connection of the current-limiting element and The earth is grounded and the other electrode is grounded. In the drawing, iobrazhe1} a diagram of the device. The device contains tokogorani-, chivaktsi element (resistor) 1, condens. Satellites 2, two pulse diodes 3 and 4, pulse transformer 5, gas discharge circuit 6, pulse counter 7 and signaling unit. The drawing also shows the parasitic capacitance 9 of the protected circuit 10 and the inputs 11 of the time stamps. The current limiting resistor connects the parasitic capacitance of the protected circuit to the first capacitor terminal and through the diodes to the ends of the primary winding of the pulse transformer, the middle terminal of which is connected to the first gas discharge terminal, the second capacitor and gas discharge terminal are grounded. The outputs of the secondary winding of the pulse generator are connected to the input of the pulse counter, and the outputs of the pulse counter - to the inputs of the alarm unit whose outputs are the outputs of the protection device. As a pulse counter, integrated circuits can be used. TTL chips of series 130, 133, 134, 533, etc .; for example, 13EE2, 133IE5, etc., that accept counting and setting VKOD. The signaling unit can be built on the basis of a binary decoder, to the corresponding outputs of which are connected the inputs of the corresponding RS-triggers in an amount corresponding to the number of inputs of the protection device. Thus, the signaling unit can be built on the basis of the QB-triggers obtained by the connection. gvll l. . Jf L HlliiG integrated circuits. When charging a charge to the protected circuit, the potential and is communicated to it (З / Сд, where I is the reported charge; О is the capacitance of the protected circuit. Through the current limiting resistor, 1 most of the charge from the protected circuit flows into the capacitor 2, into / resulting in charge potential
