Fi8.1 The invention relates to a measurement technique, intended to measure the speed of objects; including fluid flows, and may be applied to medicine, the petrochemical industry, in power engineering, in hydrodynamic research. A fiber-optic speed meter is known by the main auth.St. No. 1075814, containing successively located and optically matched laser, a directing coupler, a multimode light guide, and a photodetector, optically coordinated with the directional coupler and connecting the output to the anapizator of the C1 spectrum. It allows the measurement of two components of the flow velocity vector due to the presence of a multimode light beam. The disadvantage of the prototype is that it contains the Doppler spectrum, the spectrum of the spatial, frequency of the multimode S-cable, which generally has smoothly falling wings in the region of the higher and lower frequencies. Due to noise in the measuring path, accurate measurement of the width of the spectrum is not possible. This reduces the accuracy of the speed measurement with a known anemometer. The purpose of the additional invention is to eliminate this disadvantage, i.e. improving the accuracy of measurements of the transverse component of the velocity due to an increase in the signal-to-noise ratio. The goal is achieved by the fact that a phase mule of a wavefront replicator installed at the output end of the fiber and inserted in the form of successively arranged periodic diffraction modulator and corrective hologram is introduced into the optical fiber velocity meter. Fig. 1 shows the proposed meter in Fig. 2 — the distribution of the field of the probe beam in the measurement area for one of the possible diffraction patterns; 7, the streets in Fig. 3 are the photocurrent spectrum of the photodetector. Fiber-optic speed meter contains, in series, 02 located on the optical axis of the laser la 1, directional coupler 2, focusing lens 3, light guide 4, Directional coupler 2 can be made, for example, in the form of an inclined mirror facing the fiber 4 with an opening on the axis . In front of the far (free) KOHIJOM fiber 4, there is a phase multiplier of wavefront 5, made in the form of a periodic diffraction modulator of phase 6 and a hologram correction lens 7. The directional coupler 2 is optically coupled to successively located objective 8 and photodiode 9, which in turn is connected to the spectrum analyzer 10. The fiber-optic speed meter works as follows, in one way. A coherent beam from laser 1 passes through directional coupler 2 and is introduced by lens 3 into light guide 4 (Fig. 1). Spreading through the optical fiber 4, part of the radiation is reflected from the far end of the optical fiber 4 and from the elements of the phase corrector of the wave front 5 and performs the function of a reference beam during optical heterodimentation. A part of the probing beam passes through the phase multiplier of the wave front 5, KoTopbtit performs an integral operation of the space of the second correlation on it. The field generated by the multiplier is described by multiplying the periodic autocorrel of the complex-transmission function of diffraction modulator 6 by a sufficiently smooth spatial field correlation function at the output of the fiber 4 at the time of recording and restoring the hologram 7. Therefore, the probe beam will be: a series of parallel equidistant maxima , with a period d X form, which is determined by the parameters of a periodic diffraction modulator (Fig. 2). The scattering center crossing the measurement area (a particle of a medium, a part of an object) scatters radiation, the field of which at the main harmonic provides information of both the longitudinal and transverse components of the velocity vector.
