Description
The invention relates to thermometry and can be used in devices for measuring surface temperature. A device is known for measuring surface temperature, comprising a perforated barrier of a temperature-sensitive element and a lever attached to the fence, pressing a temperature-sensitive element to the measured surface lj. The disadvantage of this device is low measurement accuracy due to the fact that the temperature distribution in the boundary layer, in which the temperature-sensitive element is located, is unstable due to the influence of external air and heat flows acting on the boundary layer,. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a device for measuring surface temperature, containing a hollow cylinder made of thermal insulating material, a temperature-sensitive element located in the plane of the base of the cylinder, and a metal grid fixed in the wall of the cylinder above the sensitive element . A hollow cylinder in a known device in combination with a metal grill protects the thermosensitive element from the effects of external air currents and at the same time does not disturb the natural heat of recoil by evaporation and radiation 2. A disadvantage of the known device is low measurement accuracy due to the fact that in a known device the convective heat transfer of the region of the measured surface on which the cylinder is located significantly changes, since the lattice fixes a layer of air located above the heat sink The heat transfer element, determined by the ambient temperature and the movement of the object or air, differs from the heat transfer conditions of the unguarded surface. As a result, the temperature on the measured surface area can significantly differ from the temperature of the non-enclosed surface, since heat transfer by convection is 30-80% of the total heat transfer. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. This goal is achieved in that a device for measuring surface temperature, containing a hollow cylinder made of thermal insulation material, a temperature-sensitive element located in the plane of the base of the cylinder, and a metal grill fixed in the wall of the cylinder above the temperature-sensitive element, has a radiator in the form rings located coaxial with the cylinder, and attached to the lattice. FIG. 1 shows a device in cross section; in fig. 2 - the same, top view. The device contains a hollow cylinder 1 made of heat insulating material, a temperature-sensitive element 2 located in the plane of the base of the cylinder, a metal grill 3 connected to a radiator 4 made in the form of a ring arranged to the cylinder 1. In addition, the figure shows the measured surface 5. The proposed device operates as follows. The heat transfer from the measured surface 5 to the grid 3 is carried out through a fixed bed of air located above the thermosensitive element. In this case, convective heat transfer from the enclosed area of the surface is determined by the temperature of the grid 3, which differs from the temperature of the environment and is determined by the ratio of thermal resistances between the surface and the grid 3 and the radiator 4 and the surrounding environment. The area of the radiator 4 is chosen such as to ensure the equality of the total thermal resistance of the device and the thermal resistance of the non-enclosed surface area. Grid 3 should be located at a distance of 2-3 mm from the measured surface 5, and the ratio of the area of the enclosed surface area to the surface of the radiator 4 should be approximately 2: 3. The inner diameter of the cylinder is chosen in the range of 8-10 mm, and the upper part of the cylinder, located above the grille, has a height of 10-15 mm.
