The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to magnetic couplings, and can be used in various instruments of precise mechanics. The known magnetic coupling transmits the torque through the magnetic interaction of the magnet-segments located on the ends of the master and the driven coupling half, while the direction of the axes of magnetization of the magnet-segments parallel to the axis of rotation of the coupling, and the adjacent magnet-segments located on the plane of each half-coupling are oriented by poles opposite 1. The disadvantage of this coupling is the occurrence of axial forces resulting from the magnetic interaction of the coupling half magnets. These forces act on the bearings, driving them to dry wear and from the working gap of the coupling, which disrupts the operation of the coupling as a whole. These forces are especially great in couplings, in which the magnet-segments are made of high-coercive materials of a rare-earth series. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the coupling and the increase in the transmitted torque. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a magnetic mufft containing two coupling halves mounted on shafts in the form of disks with permanent magnets mounted with a gap on their ends facing one another, one of the coupling halves is executed in the form of a split housing covering the second coupling with oppositely located at its inner ends there are permanent magnets, and the permanent magnet of the second half. coupling is mounted in the form of a ring mounted on the periphery of its disk with a bandage along its outer side, and the permanent s first polu.mufty equidistantly disposed on either side of said annular magnet upo.m. The drawing shows a magnetic coupling, cut. The coupling consists of two coupling halves, the first (external) of which c) Nülnen in the form of DISCS I and 2, rigidly interconnected and forming the coupling housing. Permanent magnets 3 and 4 are fixed on the inverted inner ends of the disks I and 2. The disks 1 and 2 are rigidly connected to the shaft 5. Between the magnets 3 and 4 of the first coupling half equidistantly (i.e. with the same working gaps) from them on the shaft 6 a disk 7 of the second coupling half with annular magnetic magnets 8 is mounted, limited on its outer contour with a retaining ring 9 designed to protect the magnet 8. To hold the disk 7 in a position equidistant from the magnets 3 and 4, the first coupling half is equipped with fastening 10 and 11 set screws. The fasteners 10 and mounting screws 11 hold the disk 7 in the indicated position only during transport and installation of the coupling. During operation, the fastening 10 and mounting screws 11 are brought out of contact with the disc, which is held at a position equidistant from the magnets 3 and 4 by attaching the shafts 5 and 6 to the site of operation. To install the ends of the installation screws at a certain distance from the end of the magnet 2, a limiting shroud 12 serves. The coupling works as follows. When the clutch is turned on, rotation from shaft 5 due to magnetic interaction between magnets 3, 4 and 8 is transmitted to shaft 6. The axial forces arising from the interaction of said magnets are mutually balanced due to the fact that the inner disk is equidistantly located between the magnets of the outer disks. Due to this, the axial forces arising from the magnetic interaction when using the invention are fully compensated for. In this case, the torque transmitted by the clutch is increased by 90-95%. In addition, the use of the invention in comparison with the basic object (prototype) makes it possible to reduce the consumption of highly coercive material by 25%.
