Description
CX 111 The invention relates to the chemical treatment of metals, in particular to the protection of metals from corrosion by phosphate films. Solutions for simultaneous degreasing, etching and phosphating of metal surfaces are known, containing mono-zinc phosphate, phosphoric and oxalic acids, yarn and potassium nitrate, monosodium ammonium phosphate and Novost 1 detergent or zinc oxide, a mixture of phosphoric and nitric acids, detergent, iron nitrate oxide and gallic acid 2 However, these solutions are unstable in their work require complex adjustments due to the limited scale of the concentrations of the components. The closest to the proposed by the technical essence and the achieved result is an aqueous solution for simultaneous degreasing, etching and phosphating of the metal surface, containing, g / l of Innka monophosphate:. 55-65 Sodium nitrate 45-55 Wetting agent, ml 5-10 Oxalic acid3-5 Sulfanilic acid3-5 Vodado I l Alcohol is used as a wetting agent, for example, isopropyl alcohol, or an OP 3 emulsifier. However, the known solution is not stable enough in operation. After treatment with a single sheet of a solution of 2 dm of the surface, slit appears in it, which leads to the need to clean the solution by means of a fiitra and then correct it for the components produced. In addition, the use of concentrated phosphating agent solutions leads to the formation of crystalline films that are less corrosion resistant than crystalline ones. The development of the solution, the processing of zajepnyh parts also reduce the corrosion resistance of protective films. Purpose i of the invention is to increase the corrosion resistance of phosphate films, the stability of the solution and lengthen its service life. The goal is to ensure that an aqueous solution for simultaneous degreasing, etching and phosphating of a metal surface containing a phosphating agent, sodium nitrate and a wetting agent use oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid as a phosphate agent acid at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid 0.5-20 Sodium nitrate 0.5-40 Wetting agent 0.5-8 Water Remaining As Sma Brewer is used for example isopropyl alcohol, or an OP type emulsifier. The solution for simultaneous degreasing, etching and phosphating is prepared by simple mixing | components. The solution is used at 50-70 ° C. The processing of the metal surface in the proposed solution is carried out at 50-70 ° C for 10-20 minutes. The magnitude of the corrosion resistance (KS) is measured by the drop method of G. A. Akimov using a solution containing 82 g / l of copper sulphate, 13 ml / l of hydrochloric acid and 33 g / l of sodium chloride. These examples of specific performance are shown in the table. These maximum limits for the content of components in solutions are limited by the following considerations. Increasing the content of sodium nitrate more than 40% does not entail an additional positive effect, since this amount of oxidizing agent provides for the formation of a solid, tightly adhered to the base protective film in the presence of a compact image) (HEDP ). With an increase in the amount of wetter more than 8%, abundant foaming is observed, which negatively affects the quality of phosphate coatings. Increasing the content of oxyethnidene diphosphonic acid is not economically viable. Complexing. The ability of HEDP allows the phosphate film to precipitate in a fine crystalline form, as well as (to keep sludge, preserving the stability of the solutions, which increases the corrosion resistance of the film. Technical and economic advantages of the proposed solution consist in increasing the corrosion resistance of the phosphate films and solution stability, as well as in extending the service life solution .6,601015Steel 330 Otsutst
