Description
Т а б л и ц а 100 O) 00 1ch The invention relates to the tanning industry and can be used on tanneries to coat face resilient. A non-pigmented soil composition containing a polymer film-forming agent in the form of a mixture of acrylic emulsion A and dispersion MX-30 and water DJ is known. The disadvantages of this composition are that the adhesion of the skin to the skin and its firmness are poor. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved effect is the composition of non-pigmented soil for facial skins containing polymer film-forming agent, penetrator (organic KHji solvent together with surfactant), acid dye and water 23. However, the known composition has insufficient film adhesion to wet skin and its wetness. The presence in the composition of the soil acid dye limits the release of leather light and bright colors. In addition, it is possible to migrate the dye to the surface of the film when dressing on facial skins. The aim of the invention is to increase the adhesion of the soil to the skin. This goal is achieved by the fact that the non-pigmented raw material skincheel, including the polymer film former, the otic solvent, and water, contains as an organic solvent a mixture of butyl acetate and ethyl alcohol in the following ratio, wt.%: Polymer film former 20- 25 Ethyl alcohol 30-40 822 Butyl Acetate T (3-5 Water Remaining With an increase in the dosage of the film former in the soil, the film becomes thick, dries out poorly, and adhesion also deteriorates by decreasing the amount of butyl cetat per unit of dry polymer. When reducing the dosage of the film former, the adhesion also decreases due to excessively thin and rarefied area of the film. Butyl acetate in the soil is a solvent of the polymer resin and during film formation (during evaporation and absorption of alcohol and water), having a boiling point, fusing resin particles between themselves and with the face of the skin. Since butyl acetate is almost not miscible with water, ethyl alcohol is its diluent and is used as for uniform distribution of butyl acetate in gr as well as to reduce wetting of the skin and dissolve fat-like substances on the face, which makes adhesion less dependent on preliminary surface preparation. With an increase in the dosage of organic solvents in the soil, the polymer dispersion coagulates, and with a decrease, the adhesion decreases due to the small amount of butyl acetate per unit of dry polymer. The composition is prepared in a similar manner. Ethyl alcohol is mixed with butyl acetate, and then water is added. To this mixture, with stirring, pour a solution of a polymer film former, for example, A, No. 1 acrylic emulsion, MBM-3, etc. In the table. 1 shows specific examples of the proposed composition. Table 1
