Description
313d X) The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to obtain an aqueous solution of a wetting fluid used to inject into coal seams in order to reduce dust generation during coal mining. Known anti-dust composition in which ammonia and hydrogen peroxide Cl 3 are used as additional surfactant components. The presence of such reagents in the composition makes it difficult to apply them in coal mine conditions associated with the presence of aggressive substances. A mixture is known This is glycol glycol, butyl alcohol and 0.5% aqueous solution of carboxy methylcellulose, which is used for dust suppression 2. This mixture, which consists of pulverized substances, requires special precautions when transporting components. A known composition for combating mortars in mines, containing in the solution solution a mixture of magnet chloride, inorganic wetting agent and gumar gum h. This composition has an insufficiently high surface activity with respect to the coal of the individual stage of metamorphism and, therefore, low wetting ability. Closest to the proposed composition for wetting coal dust 4 based on water and surface active substance, synthetic fatty acid diethanolamides of the C oC | j fraction of the general formula: it is RCN where R is the hydrocarbon radical, c, in the following ratios, comp. %: diethanolamides of synthetic fatty acids Ci, oC (j0.05-0.2 Water Else A disadvantage of the known composition is the complexity of its application technology, caused by the specifics of the mining industry, where the work is constantly moving in time and space, which causes additional difficulties in the delivery, storage at workplaces and dosage of it during injection into coal seams, which reduces the effectiveness of dust suppression. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of dust suppression and simplify the application technology. The goal is to moisten coal dust with synthetic fatty β-acids of the water fraction, additionally containing calcium chloride in the following ratios of components, wt%: Diethanolamides of synthetic fatty acids fraction and C (, 20-35, Calcium Chloride, 50-75, Water5-15. These additives allow the use of peareHf containing water in a bound form, in a solid, patronized form, which simplifies the technology of application, storage and dosage of wetter. A decrease in the calcium chloride content in the composition of less than 50 wt.% Leads to a loss of the hardness of the composition, and an increase in it over 75 wt.% Leads to a deterioration in the wetting properties with respect to coal dust. An increase in the diethanolamide content of synthetic fatty acids in the fraction of more than 35 wt.% Is impractical, since this leads to a loss of hardness of the composition, and a decrease in their less than 20 wt.% Reduces the wetting efficiency. The wetting properties of the composition are influenced by the ratio of calcium chloride to FFA diethanolamides. When the composition is diluted with water to working concentrations of 0.01-0.1 wt.% (By surfactant), the initial water content in the composition practically does not affect the wetting properties with respect to coal dust. In the composition of the water performs the function of a homogenizing and strengthening component. In the presence of water, the mixing and homogenization of a mixture of calcium chloride and diethanolamides is significantly improved. In addition, water in this mixture forms a crystallohyd31
(n 1-6), which orders the structure of the mixture and increases accordingly. its strength. To achieve homogeneity and the required strength of the composition, the amount of water added increases with increasing calcium chloride content. The minimum water content (5 wt.%) In the composition is explained by the homogenization conditions, and the maximum limit (15 wt.%) Is determined by the strength conditions of the composition in the form of a bag.
The ability to form is reformed due to the presence of surfactants (diethanolamides), which give their complex with CaCf crystal hydrate plastic properties.
A composition intended to be further dissolved by water when heated into a coal seam is prepared as follows.
Fine calcium chloride is mixed in a mixer with liquid FFA diethanolamides and water is added at the same time until a dough homogeneous salt kashida is formed. which is then formed in the form of a cartridge. In contact with air, the cartridge acquires strength and a stable form.
Example. Three samples of the proposed composition are prepared, containing 20, 30 and 35 wt.% Surfactant (diethanolamides of synthetic fatty acids fraction, 75J 60 and 50 wt.% Calcium chloride and WATER 5, 10 and 15 wt.%. Then fix the time For which the samples under consideration are dissolved in water and the wetting properties of the samples are examined, using the film flotation method, which consists in determining the time for the coal powder (dust) to be completely wetted.

Растворение и опыты по флотации провод т в стекл нных стаканчиках объемом 200 мл.the weight of the coal is 0.1. Dissolution and flotation tests were carried out in 200 ml glass cups.
Скорость растворени смачивател с увеличением концентрации ПАВ существенно не мен лось (10-20 мин).The rate of dissolution of the wetting agent with an increase in the concentration of the surfactant did not significantly change (10–20 min).
При концентрации 0,01% (по ПАВ) водных растворов реагента врем смачивани уменьшилось с 11,3 с (дл образцов с 20%ным содержанием ПАВ) до 10,5 с (дл образцов с 35%гным содержанием ПАВ).Thus, for grade D coal (fractions 315-400 µm), the wetting rate increased with increasing surfactant concentration and, accordingly, with decreasing calcium chloride concentration in the initial reagent. At a concentration of 0.01% (surfactant) of aqueous solutions of the reagent, the wetting time decreased from 11.3 s (for samples with 20% surfactant content) to 10.5 s (for samples with 35% surfactant content).
For comparison, film flotation of known composition C4 was carried out. For a D mark angle, the wetting time was 11.6 s. Improving wetting in the presence of calcium chloride is due to the fact that this increases the surface activity of the reagent as a result of compaction of the surfactant layer at the interface. However, the increase in the content of surfactants
Снижение содержание ПАВ менее 20 мас.% уменьшает эффективность смачивани (растет врем смачивани ).in the reagent more than 35 wt.% is impractical because it leads to a loss of hardness and, accordingly, form. A decrease in the surfactant content of less than 20 wt.% Decreases the wetting efficiency (the wetting time increases).
The proposed reagent is applicable to other grades of coal, such as T and D.
The proposed composition for wetting coal dust makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of dust suppression by 5-8 times. The technology of its application is simplified due to the preparation of a wetting agent in a solid, patronized form.
