Изобретение относитс к медицине, в частности к хирургии, и может быть использовано дл профилактики нарушени кровообращени в кости при ампутации конечности .The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, and can be used to prevent impaired blood circulation in the bone during limb amputation.
1.There is a method of preventing circulatory disorders in the bone during limb amputation by intersecting the bone, injecting synthetic material into the cavity of the medullary canal 1.
However, the known method does not allow the physiological level of intra-bone pressure to be maintained and to prevent bleeding from the bone marrow canal.
The purpose of the invention is to maintain the physiological level of intraosseous pressure and prevent bleeding from the bone marrow canal.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of preventing circulatory disorders in bone, when a limb is amputated by intersecting a bone, introducing synthetic material into the cavity of the bone marrow channel forms an opening in the cortical bone above the level of amputation, through which medical glue is introduced into the bone marrow channel.
The method is carried out as follows.
On the amputated limb, skin and fascial flaps are carved out at the amputation site, the muscles are concentrically truncated, and the vessels are ligated with catgut. Perineurally, a 1% solution of novocaine with streptomycin is injected into the nerves and intersects them as high as possible. An electric drill or hand drill above the level of the alleged bone sawing in its cortical layer forms a channel with a diameter of 1.5-2 mm. Medical glue is taken into the syringe and 2-5 ml of medical glue are slowly introduced into the cortical layer of bone above the level of amputation, depending on the diameter of the bone marrow canal. Then, a circular section of the periosteum is made 0.2 cm distal to the hole formed and, by means of a shear, shears it distally. Five minutes after the introduction of the glue, the periosteum is sawed through the bone along the section line, while the medullary canal is closed with an adhesive composition. Sawdust bones are filed according to the standard technique. The stump is layered in layers, rubber graduates are placed in the intermuscular spaces, after which the wound is sutured and an antiseptic dressing is applied. The proposed method allows to maintain the physiological level of intraosseous pressure and prevent bleeding from the bone marrow canal of the amputated bone.
