A capacitive chopper is known, whose operation is based on interrupting an emergency current through a pre-charged capacitance. The device contains a thyristor key, through which the load current interrupts the capacitor, which is connected with the plates through the interrupting thyristor to the thyristor key, as well as an external source, which ensures the preliminary charge of the capacitor. The inductance of chokes in the converter circuit with a capacitive chopper ensures capacitor recharging and locking of the terminating thyristor after transferring the emergency current from the circuit with a thyristor switch to the chopper circuit. The disadvantages of this chopper are the presence of an additional AC source for charging the chopping capacitor; in all non-emergency modes of operation of the pre-former, the interrupting capacitor is under voltage. The closest proposed technical entity is a DC switch containing a serial thyristor switch designed to connect the anode to the positive pole of the power supply, and a control electrode connected to the output of the control unit interrupting the capacitor connected to the anode cathode a thyristor key, a choke magnetically coupled to the input choke of the C2J converter. However, using this circuit to interrupt the emergency current is impractical because in the circuit the interrupting capacitor is charged at any non-emergency surge of load current and the preparation of the interrupting capacitor for subsequent interruption is possible only after turning on the series thyristor switch when the capacitor is recharged to the voltage of the desired polarity. These features of circuit operation reduce the effect of using a capacitor and 161 2 increase the duration of the process of interrupting an emergency current. The aim of the invention is to expand the functionality of the device by allowing it to be used to interrupt the emergency current while simultaneously improving energy performance by eliminating an additional power source and eliminating the operating conditions of the interrupting condenser as a result of voltage in non-emergency modes. This goal is achieved by the fact that the first choke is connected to an inverter protection device containing a thyristor switch for connecting the anode to the positive pole of the power supply, and a control electrode connected to the output of the control unit to interrupt the thyristor parallel to the thyristor switch magnetically connected to the second choke and connected to the cathode of a thyristor switch by one output, and the second output intended to be connected to the input of the inverter, are inserted control pulse removal, additional thyristor, saturation inductor, zener diode, three diodes and two resistors, the output of the control pulse removal unit connected to the input of the control unit of the thyristor switch, and the input is intended to be connected to the circuits of the inverter, an additional thyristor anode through the second choke. it is intended to be connected to the positive pole of the power source, and the cathode is connected to the anode of the interrupting thyristor, a circuit consisting of a series-connected first diode, a zener diode and a throttle and connected between the control electrode and the anode of the thyristor interrupting the chain of series-connected second diode and a first resistor connected between the control electrode and the anode dopolnitelnogo thyristor, and a chain of sequentially soedinen1vlh third diode and a second resistor connected in parallel with the first throttle. FIG. 1 shows an electrical circuit diagram of an emergency current thyristor chopper; in fig. 2 - diagrams of currents and voltages on the circuit elements. The device contains a thyristor. key 1, the anode of which is connected to the positive pole of the source, interrupting the capacitor 2, connected in parallel via the interrupting thyristor 3 to the thyristor key 1. The first wire 4 is connected to the cathode of the thyristor key 1 by one output and to the other side of the inverter 5 The second choke is connected in parallel to the breaking capacitor 2 via an additional thyristor 7, the first and second chokes being magnetically connected. A series circuit of diode 8, stabilized at 9, and saturation throttle 10, connected between the control electrode and the anode of the interrupting thyristor 3, forms the control circuit. A serial circuit from diode 11 and resistor 12, connected to the control electrode and the anode of the additional thyristor 7, forms the control circuit of the additional thyristor 7. The triggering signals to the thyristor key come from the control unit 13, the output pulses of which can be removed the signal from the pulse removal unit 14 during a short circuit in the inverter circuit 5. The first inductor 4 is shunted by a serial circuit from the diode 15 and the resistor 16. In FIG. 2 curve 17 shows the current through the interrupting thyristor 1; curve 18 - current through the interrupting capacitor 2; curve 19 is the voltage across capacitor 2; curve 20 current in the inductor 4. The device operates as follows. . When a fault occurs in the inverter circuit 5, the control pulses from the thyristor switch 1 are removed from the signal from block 14, and the voltage on the choke 4 abruptly changes. A voltage is induced on the magnetically-connected choke 6, and in the control circuit: diode 11 — the resistor 12 control electrode — the cathode of the thyristor 7 begins to flow a current, which unlocks the additional thyristor 7. The oscillating process of charging the capacitor 2 begins to voltage; from the ratio of the turns of the windings of chokes 6 and 4 (Fig. 2, stage tQ-C, curve 19). When the voltage on the capacitor 2 reaches its maximum, the current in the choke 6 drops to zero and the thyristor 7 is locked. At the same time, the control circuit: diode 8 - zener diode 9 - saturation inductor 10 - control electrode cathode of the thyristor 3 is applied to the voltage of a charged capacitor 2. The breakdown voltage of Zener diode 9 corresponds to the maximum voltage on the capacitor 2. The terminating thyristor 3 opens after the Zener diode 9. The choke 10 on the pattern provides a time delay for the unlocking of the thyristors 3, necessary for restoring the locking properties of the additional thyristor 7. With the unlocking of the interrupting thyristor 3 The charging capacitor 2 is applied to the thyristor switch 1 in the opposite direction and locks it. After locking the thyristor switch 1 on choke 4, the voltage is changed abruptly, equal to the sum of the voltages of the power source and capacitor 2. In the magnetically coupled choke 6, a similar voltage jump is induced, directed opposite to the voltage of the capacitor 2 and exceeding it in magnitude. 1 As a result, a voltage is applied to the additional thyristor 7 in the forward direction, equal to the difference between the voltages of the throttle 6 and the capacitor 2. Through the control circuit: diode 11 - resistor 12 - control electrode-cathode will flow current, unlocking the thyristor 7 o The second starts para -t. Time t is characterized by the onset of reloading and interrupting capacitor 2, which ends when the current in choke 4 drops to zero and locks interrupting thyristor 3. The recharge time is t, t, -t (Fig. 2). Simultaneously with the locking of the terminating thyristor 3, the additional thyristor 7 is locked, since the current in the magnetically coupled choke 6 also drops to zero. After the stages are completed, a voltage of opposite polarity is established on the interrupting capacitor 2 (Fig. 2, the stage, the polarity is indicated in parentheses, curve 19), due to which along the circuit: choke 6 diode 11 - resistor 12 - control electrode - the cathode of the thyristor 7 - kondexaph 2 will flow a current that unlocks the TiiiaicTop 7.
The final stage of tj-t (4 ″ d.2) begins, in which the energy of the coagula 2 is quenched on the resistor 16 through magnetically coupled chokes 4 and 6, provided that the ratio of inductance 4 в and chokes 4 and 6, capacitance and the resistance of the resistor 16 eliminates the oscillatory recharge of the cond bisator 2. Otherwise, the capacitor 2 is recharged with an hour of actual energy loss at resistor i6. After recharging, the polarity of the voltage on the capacitor 2 corresponds to the condition of its readiness to interrupt the emergency current.
Thus, the additional source of alternating current is excluded from the scheme of the proposed device, the device itself is controlled without the use of special logic systems, the interrupting capacitor is charged during the emergency mode, in other operating modes of the converter the capacitor is charged, which makes it possible to use the device in uninterruptible power systems and rational mode of operation of the interrupter capacitor.
