Description

The invention relates to containers and is intended for transportation and storage of a package of piece goods, mainly building boards.

Known detachable container, designed for transporting a package of gypsum boards, including a composite bottom, flexible connections, folding side walls and rigid end walls [1).

The disadvantages of this detachable container are the lack of pressure ⁰ plates and the large dimensions of the container when empty.

Closest to the invention is a folding container for piece goods, including a bottom, folding side walls in the form of frames with an upper hinged crossbeam, flexible connections (2].

The disadvantages of the known folding container are the lack of fixation of the position of the articulated beam and the increased dimensions of the empty container, the folded side walls of which protrude beyond the perimeter of the bottom.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the convenience of transporting containers when empty.

This goal is achieved by the fact that in a folding container for a package of piece goods, mainly building plates, including a bottom, folding side walls in the form of frames with a pivotally fixed crossbeam, flexible connections, frames are made wider than the other, and the upper crossbar of each frame is equipped with fixing protrusions interacting with the sides of the frame when folding.

The container works as follows.

The hinged side walls 2 open up to the stop and on the bottom 1 of the container, a package of 11 building boards is installed. By turning the side walls 2 to the inner side of the container and pulling them with flexible connections 5, the plate package is fixed 11. The articulated beam 4 presses the plate to the bottom of the container 1, and the posts 3 and the elastic wall 8 cover the package from the side and end sides. The loaded container is transported by mechanisms for the sling loops 9 or windows 10. The container is unloaded in the reverse order.

For transportation and storage of the empty container, the side walls 2 are folded inwards, while the frames of the walls are inserted one into the other, and the crossbars 4, thanks to the protrusions 7, are horizontal on the racks 3. The containers can be stacked in stacks by stacking one on the other.

Possibility of stacking the empty container in the empty one provides more rational vehicle and storage facilities.
