3 1111794. 4CO The invention relates to a method for separating calcium-containing compounds, such as carbonate or calcium hydroxide from a slurry, and can be used in chemical, building, food industry. A known method for separating calcium-containing compounds from a suspension by filtering it 1. The disadvantage of this method is that the moisture content of the precipitate of calcium-containing compound is 55-60% if the precipitate is precipitated from a suspension of chemically precipitated chalk, 38.6-40.9% when isolating from a suspension of lime, 68% when sedimented from a distillate suspension, Closest to) to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of elimination of calcium-containing compounds from the suspension, which includes additives - mixtures of fatty hydroxy acids with the general formula R - SI - CHgCOOH, where R is alkyl, and its subsequent filter 2J. The disadvantage of this method is the high humidity of the precipitate of the calcium-containing compound. Thus, the moisture content of the chemically precipitated chalk contained in the slurry is 50%, therefore, considerable energy is required to dry the sludge. The purpose of the invention is to reduce energy costs by reducing the moisture content of the precipitate of the calcium-containing compound. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method, including the introduction of an additive into the suspension and subsequent filtration, as a supplement, the stock of production of refining light vegetable oils and fats is used as an additive. Moreover, soap stock is used in the amount of 8–32 wt.% With respect to the amount of calcium-containing compound. The method is carried out as follows. The suspension, a chemically precipitated chalk, a distillate suspension or a slurry waste slurry, is introduced with continuous stirring, the additive — the flow rate of refining light vegetable oils and fats in an amount of 8-32 wt.%, Compared to the amount of calcium-containing compound. in the original suspension. Then the suspension with the additive is fed to a vacuum filter, in which belting according to GOST 332-69 is used as a filtering material, or mylar fabric of article 86033 according to TU USSR 3233-78 is used. The precipitate formed on the filtering surface is dried with sucked air and removed by blowing from the filtering surface by compressed air or mechanically. Example 1. In 400 ml of a suspension of chemically precipitated chalk with a density of 1.1 g / cm, with a mass fraction of CASOD, 19.5% were introduced with continuous stirring 8 g of stock flow from the production of refining light vegetable oils (9% relative to the amount of chalk in the original suspension), the Mixture is fed to the filtration in a Buchner funnel with a diameter of 100 mm at a vacuum of 47 kPa. Sediment moisture 35%, Example 2, Analogous to example 1, except for the amount of stock flow, which is 27 g (32 May.) Humidity of sediment is 17.5%. Example 3. 600 g of calcium hydroxide suspension, which is used for the production of chemically precipitated chalk (lime effluent) and having the following composition,%: mass fraction Ca (OH) g - 15 mass fraction insoluble in hydrochloric acid 3.7; mass fraction of iron oxides and aluminum 1,7; mass fraction of CaCOj 4.1, with a temperature of 70 ° C with continuous mixing, 7.2 g of soap stock are introduced, which is 2% by weight. The suspension is stirred for 3 minutes and fed to the separation, the separation is carried out on a Büchner funnel with a diameter of 100 mm and a vacuum of 320 mm Hg. The humidity of the sludge (izastkovogo sludge) after separation of 29.4%. Under similar conditions, the moisture content of the precipitate is 49%, Example 4, 600 g of calcium hydroxide suspension, the composition of AC in example 3, is introduced with continuous 3 1111794. 4
