1 The invention relates to a medical technique, mainly to the measurement of electrical resistance of acupuncture points. There is a known method for measuring the skin resistance of acupuncture points, including the imposition of a measuring electrode on estrus acupuncture, and indifferent outside this point, the connection between the measuring and indifferent electrodes of the variable calibrated resistance, measuring the voltage drop across this resistance at two different values of its value and calculation from the values of this resistance and measured values of the voltage drop on it of the electric resistance of the skin at the points of acupuncture C1 I. Inadequacy tkom this method is insufficient accuracy, so ka is measured by measuring the total resistance and indifferent electrodes. The closest to the invention in terms of the achieved result is a method for measuring the electric resistance of acupuncture points, implemented in a device for detecting acupuncture points and including imposing on the acupuncture point of the measuring i2 and outside indifferent and auxiliary electrodes i2 he external source leads to a change in the original electric skin resistance. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurements of electric skin resistance at acupuncture points. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of measuring the electric resistance of acupuncture points, which includes imposing a measuring point on an acupuncture point and an indifferent and auxiliary electrodes outside it, the difference in electric potentials between the measuring and indifferent electrodes includes a calibrated resistance after which, for the second time, the potential difference between the measuring and indifferent electrodes is measured, then 0 is measured by the drop The voltage on the calibrated resistance and the values of the measured potential differences and the voltage drop and the value of the calibrated resistance determine the electrical resistance of the acupuncture points. The method consists in imposing a measuring point on the acupuncture point and without it indifferent and additional electrodes and fixing them on the patient's body. Using a millivoltmeter with a large input resistance (100 mΩ or more), the potential difference DI between the measuring and indifferent electrodes is determined. After that, a calibrated resistance of R 100-500 kΩ is inserted between the measuring and additional electrodes. Since the electric resistance is dependent on the magnitude of the measuring current, repeated measurements are carried out at the same magnitude of the measuring current, for which with each repeated measurement the value of the calibrated resistance is selected accordingly. The potential difference 2 between the measuring and indifferent electrodes is then measured. Having determined the voltage drop Uj. on a calibrated resistance, determine the electrical resistance of the acupuncture point G using the formula. Figure 1 shows an example of a specific implementation of the proposed method. According to the proposed method, in the form of node 1, an equivalent circuit of the skin area, measuring electrode 2, additional electrode 3, indifferent electrode 4, switch 5, calibrated resistance 6, second switch 7 and millivoltmeter 8. t, EZ, E, g,,, are presented. Tj. , fj are the values of the electric potential and electric resistance of the skin, respectively, at the points of the skin A-, L, -. The indifferent 4 and the additional 3 electrodes are fixed in the selected indifferent zone, and the measuring electrode 2 - at the acupuncture point, which is found by the maximum value of the skin potential. Then, a millivoltmeter 8 is connected with the help of the second switch 7 to the differential electrode 4 and the voltages U and U2 are measured between the points A / i and A, respectively, with the calibrated resistance 6 disconnected and connected with the switch 5 between the measuring 2 and additional 3 electrodes. The magnitude of the calibrated resistance 6 is chosen comparable with the resistance value G and 12 and, E, -E U2 E, -E, U, In the formula (2), the value of Ц is taken with a negative sign conditionally. Next, the second switch 7 connects the input of the millivoltmeter 8 to the calibrated resistance 6 with the value R and determines U ,,. The current I flowing through the measured resistance t is equal to .. -if Since it is from. (1), (2), (3) and (4) about ITTT The proposed method improves the accuracy of measuring the electric resistance at acupuncture points, since the measured resistance is not affected by the values of electric resistance at indifferent points, as well as the values of electric skin potentials in measuring and indifferent points of the skin.
