CX) The invention relates to electric power industry and can be used in water heaters, mainly household ones. A water heater is known, which contains a housing with inlet and outlet pipes equipped with an electric heater, and a tank located outside the housing for collecting heated water G1 is connected to the outlet pipe. A disadvantage of the known water heater is the large heat loss to the surrounding environment. The closest to the invention is a water heater, comprising a housing filled with a heated coolant, equipped with a discharge pipe coaxially fixed in its bottom and inserted inlet end into the cavity of the housing, and installed along its axis with a gap relative to the bottom a shell fitted with an electric heater and forming with the housing ring channel blocked in. The upper part of the perforated transverse partition, the inlet end of the nozzle is located in the lower part of the housing 2. The disadvantage of this water heater is a significant heat exchange between the hot fluid inside the shell and the cooler outside, which does not reduce the temperature of the fluid removed from the water heater and reduces the functionality of the device. This disadvantage is aggravated by the lower position of the intake end of the discharge pipe. The purpose of the invention is to expand the functional capabilities of the water heater. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a water heater, containing a housing, filled with heated heat carrier, equipped with a discharge pipe, coaxially fixed in its bottom and inserted inlet end into the cavity of the housing, and installed along its axis with a gap relative to the bottom, the shell, fitted with an electric heater and forming a ring the channel blocked in the upper part by the transverse perforated partition, the inlet end of the outlet branch pipe is led into the upper part of the body through the internal cavity of the shell made and thermal insulation material. In this case, the partition can also be made of a thermally insulating material. In the drawing, a preferred water heater is shown, a section. The water heater includes a housing 1 provided with a discharge pipe 2 coaxially fixed in the bottom of the housing 1 and inserted by an input end into the upper part 3 of the cavity of the housing 1, mounted along the axis of the latter a shell 4 provided with an electric heater 5 and forming with. the wall of the housing 1 is an annular channel 6 which is blocked in the upper part by a transverse perforated partition 7. The electric heater 5 and the upper part of the discharge pipe 2 are located in the cavity 8 of the shell 4. The water heater is equipped with a feed pipe 9, valves 10 and 11, as well as a thermal sensor 12 and thermal relay 13. The water heater works as follows. Before turning on the water heater, the valve 11 is closed and the valve 10 is opened. Fill the housing 1 with water completely, after which the valve 10 is closed and the water heater is turned on, for example, by means of a thermal switch 13. A small amount of water surrounding the electric heater 5 is quickly heated. The heated water rises up in the cavity 8 and accumulates in the upper part 3 of the housing 1. At the same time, cold water is displaced through the perforations of the partition 7. In a short time after the electric heater 5 is turned on, in the upper part 3 of the housing 1 hot water accumulates which can be removed through the outlet nozzle 2, for which it is necessary to open the valve 10. When draining, the water temperature decreases slightly, as the nozzle 2 for most of its length is surrounded by hot water in the sidewall 4. If a small amount is needed; GUT hot water, an electric heater 5 is disconnected from the network in a few minutes after this incorporation 5When the accumulated hot water cools slowly, as it is largely insulated wall 7 and the shell 4 from the cold water.
