Drum mills for crushing various materials are known. Key hollow trunnions, end stacks and the L1 shell connected to them. The disadvantage of these mills is the high labor input of re-fitting them, since the works are performed in a closed volume, with limited access to the inside of the mill through the hatches and mill trunnions Repair work inside the mill is associated with adverse working conditions in terms of safety engineering and industrial sanitation, insufficient lighting, difficult to ventilate Chi, the absence of direct visibility between the crane driver and the maintenance personnel. The downtime of rod mills is associated with the difficulty of unloading worn out and loading new rods through the unloading trunnion. The downtime is especially great when re-fitting large self-grinding mills due to an increase in the amount of work with insufficient work. ) and about 900 lining bolts, and then submit the same number of new elements to the mill. The mass of the lining set is about 250 tons. The dismantling and installation of the lining is carried out sequentially, one by one. The duration of the repair of such a mill reaches 30 or more days, which confirms its low maintainability. Since the mill is being repaired at its installation site, the idle processing line for the ore processing is idle for the entire time. The drum mill is the closest to the invention, including: hollow trunnions, end walls and a shell, consisting of a set of panels fastened together and with end walls L21. The shell of the self-grinding mill with a diameter of 7 m is made of two parts, and the self-grinding mill with a diameter of 9 m is made of four parts. The halves or quarters of the shell on the assembly are bolted together, and then welded by electric welding. After welding, the shell is a one-piece construction. The famous drum mill is characterized by low maintainability. The purpose of the invention is to increase the maintainability of drum mills. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a drum mill, including hollow trunnions, end walls and shell, consisting of a set of panels bonded to each other and with end walls, the panels are made alternating stationary and removable with edges at the junction, and the edges of the panels are removed fixed edges of the stationary panels, and the end walls on the periphery are equipped with sides, which are fixed ends of the removable panels. Fig. 1 shows a view A in Fig. 2, Fig. 2 a section B-B in Fig. 1, a longitudinal section of the mill along removable shell panels in Fig. 3 a section B-B in Fig. 1 according to stationary The shell panel J in FIG. 4 is a cross section of the FIG. 25 in a cross section of the mill along the shell. The drum mill contains hollow trunnions 1, end walls 2, shell 3 consisting of alternating removable D and fixed 5 panels. Removable panels 4 of the shell 3 are made with ribs 6 and shelves 7, stationary panels 5 of the shell 3 are made with flanges 8, edges 9 and shelves 10. The end walls 2 at the attachment points of the fixed panels 5 are made with flames 11, and at the attachment points removable panels 4 - with sides 12. To increase the rigidity of removable panels 4, the latter are made with ribs 13 and 14. Removable 4 and stationary 5 panels of shell 3 are fixed between themselves and with end walls 2 by bolted joints 15. Sealing of the joints is provided by elastic gaskets 16. . The drum mill works the same way. The material is loaded through one of the trunnions 1 into the mill, where it is crushed during the rotation of the drum by impact, abrasion and crushing. The ground material is discharged through the opposite pin 1. The installation of the mill is carried out as follows. Fixed panels 5 of shell 3 are fixed to end walls 2, for which flanges 11 of end walls 2 and flanges 8 of shell 3 are joined to each other and fixed with bolted joints 15. Thereafter, removable panels 4 fixed by bolts 15 to the sides 12 of the end face 2, as well as to the stationary panels 5 through the shelves 7 and 10. At the junction of the removable panels 4 with the sides 12, shelves 7 and 10, and the taiga of the ribs 6 and 9 install the gaskets 16 To perform the resizing of the mill dismantle the removable panels 4 and transfer them to the repair stand. The rigidity of the removable panels 4 outside the drum of the mill is provided by the ribs 13 and 14. The body melts (balls, rods, etc.) are unloaded into a container or equipped with a mill. A worn lining is also loaded from the end walls 2 and stationary panels 5. A new lining on the end walls 2 and stationary panels 5 is mounted with the panels removed 4. If necessary, the mill is rotated to the desired position, for which purpose the drive of the slow rotation of the mill and the stopper deviceCTBO. Re-lining the removable panels 4 lead on a special stand. In order to speed up the repair of the mill, it is advisable to have the exchange fund of the removable panels 4 of the shell 3. The grinding bodies (balls, rods, etc.) are loaded into the drum after re-lining all elements of the mill through the opening in the shell 3, before installing the last removable panel 4. Offered drum A mill with a series of tsimis with stationary and removable shell panels will allow free access inside the mill, protects the front of repair work, improves the working conditions of maintenance personnel, resulting in reduced rudose and the duration of the mill refining.
