The invention relates to devices for controlling the power factor of electrical receivers with a capacitor bank and can be used to automate capacitor banks. A device for automatic control of the power factor is known, containing active and reactive energy counters with speed sensors, trigger counters connected to the outputs of the respective sensors, an AND logic unit and a unit for switching sections of a condensate battery with a reversible trigger counter SP. However, the known device is not fast enough due to the slow change in the number of the included sections of the capacitor battery when the mode is reached and the power factor fluctuations. The lack of indication of the current value of the power factor and the number of the included sections of the condensation battery, the traction battery, as well as the automatic disconnection of the capacitor battery during the load removal, create inconvenience in service. The closest in technical terms to the proposed is; device for automatic re; power factor quoting, containing active and reactive energy meters with speed sensors, trigger meters connected to the outputs of the respective sensors, trigger, a chain of two successively connected support elements , the output of which is connected to the inputs of the installation of zero trigger meter of reactive energy and trigger, the element AND, OR and the switching unit of the sections of the capacitor battery with reversing trigger a counter with inputs connected to the outputs of elements I and 21. However, the known device does not have sufficient speed due to the switching of the sections of the capacitor battery when the power factor changes with the minimum speed (one section per counting cycle). In addition, the device does not allow to judge the current value of the power factor and the number of included capacitor battery sections requiring their manual disconnection at 0 load shedding, which creates inconvenience in service. The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed of the device and ease of use. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for automatic regulation of the power factor, containing speed sensors for active and reactive energy meters, to the outputs of which a trigger is connected, a circuit of two successively connected delay elements, the output of which is connected to the inputs of the installation of a trigger trigger for reactive energy and a trigger AND, AND elements and a capacitor battery switch unit with a reversible trigger counter, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of elements AND, The setpoint controller, two registers, and the NAND element are provided, and the output of the speed sensor, reactive energy is connected to the input of the first AND element, the second input of which is connected via the NAND element to the outputs of the reverse trigger meter, the information inputs of the first register and the inputs of the first element OR the output of which is connected to the input of the second element I, the second input of which is connected to the output of the setter, the input of which is connected to the output of the second delay element, the input of which is connected to the inputs for enabling the recording of both registers and information Ion inputs of the second register are connected to the outputs of the trigger reactive energy counter and the trigger input, the output of which is connected to the installation input of a zero reversible trigger counter and the input of the second element OR, the second input of which is connected to the output of the trigger active energy meter, and the output is connected to the input of the first element delays. In addition, for convenience of operation, the device is equipped with two status indicators connected to the outputs of the registers. The drawing shows a functional diagram of the device. The device for automatic regulation of the power factor contains a sensor 1 of the rotation speed of an electromechanical active energy meter, binary-decimal trigger meters 3, 4, trigger 5, the first element OR 6, delay elements 7, 8, registers 9, 10 with status indicators 11, 12 , binary reversive trigger counter 13, AND-NOT element 14, second element OR 15, AND elements 16, 17, unit 18 and unit 19 for switching a capacitor battery. The speed sensor 1 is connected to the input of the trigger counter 3, the output of which is connected to the input of the element OR 6, and the output of the latter is connected to the input of the circuit from successively installed delay elements 7 and 8. The output of the delay element 7 is connected to the resolution enable inputs of registers 9 and 10 and the output of the delay element 8 is connected to the inputs of setting zero of the counter 4 and three of 5, as well as to the input of the setting device. The speed sensor 2 is connected to the inputs of the element 16 and the trigger counter 4, the outputs of which are connected to the information inputs of the register 9,Connected with the indicator from 11 to 11, as well as to the trigger input The trigger output 5 is connected to the second input of the OR element bis the zero input of the reversible counter 13, whose outputs are connected to the information inputs of the register 10 connected to the status indicator 12, as well as to the inputs element AND-NOT 14 and element OR 15. The output of element AND-HE 14 is connected to the second input of element AND 16, the output of which is connected to the summing input of the reversible counter 13. The output of element OR 15 is connected to the input of element AND 17, the second input of which is connected with exit adrtchika Vyho 18. AND gate 17 is connected to a subtracting input apparatus 13 down counter operates as follows. With the same type of electromechanical counters of active and reactive energy with the same proportionality coefficient, the power factor is determined by the ratio of the number of pulses received on the trigger counters of reactive and active energy for a certain period of time. If we take it equal to the arrival time of ten pulses from the active energy sensor, then the number of pulses received from the reactive energy sensor will give the numerical value of C f in the network during this time interval. Required .in e and to f is set by the setter. The trigger counter 3 produces a count of pulses from sensor 1. It pulses from sensor 2 to the input of trigger counter 4 and through element 16 to the summing input of the reverse trigger counter 13. When the 10th pulse arrives, counter 3 overflows through element OR 6 starts the delay element 7 and the delay element 8. The signal from the output of the delay element 7 records the contents of counter 4 and register 9 and counter 13 into register 10. The state of register 9 is indicated by a digital indicator 11, which determines the current value The register and the state of register 10 is a binary indicator 12, which is used to determine the number of switched on sections of a capacitor bank. From the output of the register 10, a command is issued to turn on the required number of sections of the capacitor battery of block 19. The signal from the output of the delay element 8 resets the counter 4 and the trigger 5, and also starts the setpoint 18, generating a pulse train, the number of which equals 10 fsAA. For example, at 0.2, encoder 18 produces two pulses. The operation time of the setpoint device is significantly less than the period of the following pulses coming from sensor 1. Counter 13 subtracts the specified number of pulses from its dust collector; Thus, the number of switched on sections of the capacitor bank is determined by the state of the counter 13 at the end of the counting cycle and changes from c to the value of S, QVJL, i.e. Enables or disables a section group at once. The element AND-NOT 14 prohibits the overflow of the counter 13 when the capacitor battery is insufficiently power. In this case, indicator 12 will show that the capacitor battery is fully turned on, and indicator 11 is the tqi value obtained at a given capacitor battery power. The element OR 15 through the element AND 17 prohibits the subtraction by the counter 13 of the I pulses coming from the setpoint 18, at the zero state of the counter 13. With a sudden load disconnection in the network, only the capacitor battery remains connected. This leads to the fact that the pulses from the sensor 1 of the active energy meter do not arrive, and from the sensor 2 of the reactive energy counter there are pulses indicating the capacitive nature of the load. As a result, the trigger meter 4 of reactive energy overflows includes trigger 5. The signal from the output of trigger 5 sets the counter 13 to the zero state and through the element OR 6 triggers delay elements 7 and 8. In this case, the register 10 writes zeros, which leads to the entire section of the capacitor bank. After switching on the load, the device automatically starts a new counting cycle. . The speed of changing the number of switched on sections of a capacitor battery during sharp fluctuations of the power factor in the network is due to the fact that using a reversible trigger meter provides group switching of sections of a capacitor battery according to the dependence Ct 1 Cr + Qi - QC, Ci +1 - the reverse state a trigger counter corresponding to the beginning and end of the operating cycle, determined by the arrival of the 10th pulse on the trigger active energy counter; 20 the number of pulses emitted by the setting device, respectively. variable value; the number of pulses received on the reversible trigger counter from the reactive energy sensor during the operating cycle corresponding to lOtcjcp To reduce switching interference caused by connecting sections of a capacitor battery to the network, switching on and off static capacitors inside each section does not occur simultaneously but sequentially. When the load is removed in the network, the sections of the capacitor battery remain connected to the network, the trigger meter of reactive energy overflows and the trigger connected to its output resets the reversible trigger meter and automatically disconnects all sections of the capacitor battery from the network. Introduction of a setpoint adjuster, two registers, and an IS-NE element improves its speed by increasing the rate of change in the number of switched-on sections of a capacitor battery when the power factor varies in the network. The introduction of indicators makes it possible to select the capacitor bank power optimal for this network, which saves energy. The automatic disconnection of a capacitor battery during load removal and the presence of an indication of the current value of LDP and the number of included sections of the capacitor battery makes the device more convenient to use.
