Введение задающего генератора обеспечивает необходимый режим работы трансформатора .I The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used to power electrical equipment. A pulsed voltage stabilizer is known that contains a key element, two oscillators, a magnetic amplifier, and differentials: an error signal amplifier, an output filter, and an auxiliary power source L1. The disadvantage of such a device is low reliability due to the large number of hitch units. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a key stabilizer comprising a power transistor switch, an output filter, a Schmitt trigger, a G21 constant current amplifier. The disadvantages of such a key voltage stabilizer are low efficiency, due to the fact that the composite transistor has a voltage drop of more than one transistor and the absence of a locking potential based on the power transistor key (this leads to a longer decline time of the collector, and therefore , to large dynamic losses m). The aim of the invention is to increase efficiency. The goal is achieved by the fact that a key stabilizer on a voltage containing a power transistor switch connected by one output to the input output and the other to the first output of the DLC filter, the other two outputs of which are connected to the output outputs, a threshold element with a relay characteristic, control A input is connected to the output terminal, and a power input with an output for connecting an auxiliary voltage source, a master oscillator, first, second and third transistors, first, second and third are added. A resistor, a control transformer, the secondary winding of which is shunted by the first resistor and connected to the emitter and base of the transistor switch, and the primary winding is connected to the collector of the first transistor and the second to the emitter of the second transistor , the base of which is connected to the output terminal of the threshold element, and the collector is connected via the second resistor to the base of the first transistor and the collector of the third transistor, the base of which is connected to the output terminal ode master oscillator, and the emitter, with a common bus and the emitter of the first transistor, and the third resistor is connected to the emitter and the base of the first transistor. The drawing shows a circuit diagram of the proposed key voltage regulator. The stabilizer contains a power transistor switch 1 with a DLC filter, a threshold element 2 with a relay characteristic, three transistors 3–5, three resistors 6–8, a zadaccieu generator 9 and a control transformer 1C. A power transistor switch 1 with a DLC filter consists of a transistor switch 11, the collector of which is supplied with input voltage, and the emitter is connected via a choke 12 to a capacitor 13 and the cathode of the discharge diode 14. A threshold element 2 is connected to the output of the DLC filter a characteristic consisting of a DC amplifier with a comparison circuit on a transistor 15, resistors 16, 17 and 18 and a zener diode 19 and a Schmitt trigger performed on transistors 20 and 21 and resistors 22-25. The Schmitt trigger output is connected to a transistor base, the emitter of which is connected to a terminal for connecting an auxiliary power source, and the collector through a resistor 6 to the base of transistor 4 and the collector of transistor 5, the base of which is connected to the output of master oscillator 9. The master generator 9 is filled, for example ,, on the three logic elements HE 26, 27 and 28, the capacitor 29 and the resistor 30. The emitters of transistors 4 and 5 are connected to the common one by a wire. The resistor 7 shunts the emitter junction of the transistor 4. The collector of the transistor 4 through the primary winding of the control transformer 10 is connected to a terminal for connecting an auxiliary power source. The secondary winding control y3. the main transformer 10 is shunted by a resistor 8 and connected to the emitter junction of the power transistor 1. The key voltage regulator operates as follows. When input voltages are applied, the master oscillator 9 is turned on, the frequency of which is determined by the capacitor 29 and the resistor 30, the transistor 5 being alternately turned on and off. In the initial period of time, the capacitor 13 is discharged, the transistor 15 is closed, the transistor 21 Schmitt trigger open. The transistor 3 is also open and the current from the auxiliary source through the current-setting resistor 6 flows through part of the period through the transistor 5 if it is open, and during the other part of the period through the xmitter junction of transistor 4, including the latter. Thus, current pulses flow through the primary winding of the transformer U, leading to the unlocking of transistor 11. Locking this transistor produces magnetizing transformer 10, which is determined by the magnetization inductance of transistor 4, during each oscillation period, the magnetizing inductance consumes the energy accumulated by the magnetizing current , while in the secondary winding current flows through the resistor 8 and the zmitter transition of the transistor 11 in the α-reverse (locking) direction. 134 Thus, after a series (bundle) of pulses, the capacitor 13 is charged to a voltage value at which transistors 15 and 20 open, the Schmitt trigger switches, transistor 3 becomes closed, and for a certain number of oscillation periods, transistors 4 and 11 also. are closed. This state continues until the voltage on the capacitor 13 decreases as a result of its discharge on the boom narrow to the value at which the transistor 15 closes. The stability of the output voltage is determined by the parameters of the threshold element 2 and the frequency of the driving oscillator 9. Resistor 7 provides the swelling mode of the closed transistor 4 during a pause. Thus, efficiency is achieved by introducing a master oscillator, three transistors, three resistors and a control transformer, supplying the transistor with a power switch, the necessary switching current, which allows refusing the composite transistor, the voltage drop on which is much higher. In addition, using a transformer, the transistor is quickly turned off, which reduces dynamic losses. The introduction of the master oscillator provides the necessary mode of operation of the transformer.
