Технико-экономический эффект от применени преобразовател определ етс его техническими преимуществами .00 The invention relates to automation and computing and can be used in software systems for controlling machine tools, in control systems for optical and radio telescopes. A known converter of shaft rotation to: a converter containing successively emitting source, a moving quantum scale, a slit diaphragm, the distance between the slits of which is equal to an odd number of sections of the quantum scale, sensitive elements, amplifiers, a comparison unit, a threshold driver and a counter SI. The disadvantage of the converter is low accuracy, since when using two discrete emitters, the difference in their radiation intensity due to a change in ambient temperature, degradation over time and other destabilizing factors leads to a decrease in the accuracy of the converter. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a converter of the angle of rotation of the shaft into a code containing the first and second emitters, optically coupled through the code and indicator disks with the first and second, and through the indicator disk with the third and quarter-hour photodetectors, respectively, the outputs of the first and the second photodetectors are connected to the inputs of the corresponding amplifiers, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the comparator unit, the output of which is connected through the pulse shaper to the input of the C21 counter. The former is a low accuracy due to unequal changes in the intensity of radiation sources. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the converter. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the converter of the shaft rotation angle into the code containing the first and second emitters, optically connected through the code and indicator disks to the first and second, and through the indicator disk to the third and fourth photodetectors, respectively, the outputs of the first and second photodetectors connected to the inputs of the corresponding amplifiers, the outputs of which are connected to the inputs of the comparison unit, the output of which through the pulse shaper is connected to the input of the counter, the output of the third photodetector is connected to. input of the second amplifier, and the output of the fourth photodetector - with the input of the first amplifier. FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of a converter; in fig. 2 time diagrams for his work. The shaft rotation angle-to-code converter contains code 1 and indicator 2 disks, emitters 3 and 4, indicator disk is made with slots 5 and 6, photodetectors 7 and 8, amplifiers 9 and 10, photodetectors 11 and 12, unit 13 comparison, driver 14 pulses and counter 15. The converter works as follows. When the code disk 1 rotates kinematically connected to the object being monitored relative to the indicator disk 2, the luminous flux from the emitters 3 and 4, modulated in amplitude by the scale of the code disk and slots 5 and 6 of the indicator disk, hits the photodetectors 7 and 8, the outputs of which signals that are close to triangular in shape and are out of phase 180 (Fig. 2a). These signals are fed to the inputs of the equalizers 9 and 10. Signals from the outputs of the photodetectors 12 and 11, respectively, arrive at the same inputs. Moreover, the photoreceivers 11 and 12 are set so that the voltage at their outputs (Fig. 2d) would be equal to half of the maximum signal at the outputs of the photoreceivers 7 and 8. Signals (Fig. 26) from the outputs of amplifiers 9 and 10 are fed to the input of block 13 comparisons, at the output of which rectangular signals (Fig. 2d) are formed, arriving at the input of the pulse shaper 14, at the output of which, at the moments of equality of the input signals, pulses are formed (Fig. 29), arriving at the input of the counter 15. Consider a specific example when the intensity light n 3 emitter current is reduced twice. A decrease in the intensity of the luminous flux of the emitter 3 leads to a decrease in the signal from the output of the photodetector 7 by a factor of two and, accordingly, at the output of the amplifier 9. At the same time, the intensity of the luminous flux falling on the photodetector 11 decreases and, accordingly, low level decreases by output of amplifier 10, the output of which remains unchanged. As can be seen from the diagram (Fig. 2e), the moment of equality of these two signals remains unchanged, which eliminates the error of conversion. The technical and economic effect from the use of the converter is determined by its technical advantages.
