1 The invention relates to compositions based on waste polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers used to produce film materials used for heat and hydro insulation of construction works. A known composition based on conforming emulsion polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer, diluent, stabilizer and modifying additive of oligoamide — soybean oil and fractionated polyethylene polyamine fl. However, this composition is characterized by insufficient strength indicators and, moreover, the scarcity of the raw material. Closest to the proposed technical essence is a polymer composition for a waterproofing material, containing May. %: polyvinyl chloride 20-AO, vat residue production of dimethyl terephthalate 40-65; filler 3-20 (lithopone, talc, kaolin, chalk, zinc white, etc.), stabilizer 1-3 (calcium stearate, baric ricinoleate), diluent - the rest (dibutyl phthalate, chloroparaffin, spindle oil). The known composition partially solves the problem of low strength and thermal characteristics, in addition, the known plasticizers are 90% replaced by the affordable and cheap bottoms of dimethyl terephthalate f2j. However, the known composition includes an expensive conforming polyvinyl chloride resin, which is practically inaccessible for heat and waterproof insulation construction. In addition, low molecular weight substances are included in the bottom residue from the production of dimethyl terephthalate, which, when the paste is swollen and then, during gelation, increase the amount of volatile matter emitted into the atmosphere. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the release of volatile substances and to increase the strength of the coating obtained from the composition. This goal is achieved by the fact that a polymer composition containing a polymer of vinyl chloride, a distillation residue of dimethyl terephthalate production, a filler, a stabilizer. congestion and diluent, additionally contains urea, and as a polymer of vnnichloride - polymer. selected from the group consisting of waste emulsion polyvinyl chloride, waste microsuspense emulsion polyvinyl chloride, a mixture of waste emulsion and microsuspension emulsion polyvinyl chloride in a mass ratio of 1: (o, 2-1), a mixture of emulsion polyvinyl chloride with a mass, in a mixture, which has a mass in the bulk, in the bulk, in the bulk, in a mass, in a heading, in a heading, in a volume, having in the mass, there is in a mass, in a mass, in the mass, in the mass, in the mass May 15 % vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride from 15 May. % vinyl acetate, in which 3-6% acetate groups are Substituted by hydroxyl, in a mass ratio of 1: (0.1-0.5) and a mixture of microsuspension waste emulsion polyvinyl chloride and taken in a mass ratio of 1: 1 copolymers of vinyl chloride with 15 wt.% vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride from 15 May. % vinyl acetate, in which 3-6% of the acetate groups are replaced by hydroxyl, in a mass ratio of 1: (0,, 5), in the following ratio of components of the composition, wt.%: Polymer vinyl chloride 39-55 VAT residue production of dimethylterephthalate36-50 Filling agent 0.5 -10 Stabilizer 0.5-1.5 Urea 0.01-2.0 Thinner Else The emulsion polyvinyl chloride waste is a white powder from white to light brown in color with particles up to 1 mm and granules up to 250 mm. The value of the Fikentscher constant K-66, the mass fraction of moisture and volatile substances 0, 85%. BA-15 and A-15c copolymers are taken in a 1: 1 ratio. Copolymer BA-15 contains 85% vinyl chloride and 15% vinyl acetate. A-15c contains 85% vinyl chloride and 15% vinyl acetate, some of which are replaced by hydroxyl acetate groups. Corresponds to indicators TU 6-03-12-18-81. Waste microsuspension-emulsion polyvinyl chloride according to indicators TU 6-03-12-9-74. Waste of polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers is obtained from the following process steps: after drying, separation, sieving, packaging, from wastewater, in the form of sludge, etc. I use dibutyl phthalate, chloroparaffin, transformer oil, etc. as a diluent. The stabilizer is lead or calcium stearate, benzon, 2-hydroxy-A-meth-sibenzophenone, etc. The filler is kaolin, lithopone, chalk, sulphate lignin. The composition may also additionally contain special purpose auxiliary substances, for example, for fire resistance of tropical resistance, antimicrobial substances, etc. The chemical composition of the vat residue-3 of dimethyl terephthalate production, May. %: Difeniltrikarbonova acid and its trimethyl efir5-10 Benzolkumarin dicarboxylic acid and its dimethyl efir5-15 diphenyldicarboxylic acids and their dimethyl efir10-15 tereftaloyoy acid condensation product (TPA) and ethylene glycol monomers and 10-20 TFA tereftalata3-5 Limetiltereftalat dimethyl 3-5 . 1-3 p-Toluic acid 1-2 Methyl ester of p-toluic acid, p-formylbenzoic acid and its ester 8-10 Methyl ester of benzoic acid 0.3-0.5 Physical and chemical indicators. Acid number, mg KOH / per 1 g of product 70–95 Saponification number, mg KOH / per 1 g of product 470–490 Relative viscosity, s 35–60 Density, g / cm 1,220–1,2 Composition is prepared as follows. Polyvinyl chloride is mixed with the cube residue and left for 4-8 hours until complete maturation, then the remaining components are introduced: stabilizer, filler, urea, diluent. The resulting mass fray 2-3 times on a roller paint mill. The finished composition is applied to a substrate, for example, paper, cloth, fiberglass, glass canvas, etc., an average of 0.4 kg per 1 m and heat treated at 80180s for 3-8 minutes, at a film thickness of 0.2-0.6 mm The composition and physico-mechanical properties of the film material on a paper basis are given in Tables 1 and 5. From Table. 5, it can be seen that the carbamide introduced into the coating composition activates the gelation process, promotes the mixing of low molecular weight substances both in the PVC waste and in the vat residue-3 of dimethyl terephthalate production. This is confirmed both by a decrease in the amount of volatile substances during gelation and by extractable substances in coating films by an average of up to 51%. In addition, the strength of pilo1y is almost doubled (especially with the use of sulphate lignin), which is associated with the formation of new chemical bonds. The carbamide introduced into the control formulations, where the traditional plasticizer is used, gives a negative effect, the amount of volatile and extracting substances increases, the strength index decreases more than 2 times. A positive effect is achieved only if the following three components are present in the composition: polyvinyl chloride, vat residue-3 DMT and urea. The binding of low molecular weight substances reduces the amount of chemical emissions into the atmosphere, thereby improving the sanitary and hygienic conditions of both the environment and industrial premises. The economic efficiency of the polymer composition, when used for the manufacture of suspended thermal insulation elements, will be about 5 rubles per square meter.
