2 - узел I фиг. 1. The invention relates to heat engineering, more specifically to devices for cooling a liquid with an air flow, and is intended for use in power, refrigeration, chemical and transport engineering. A rotary heat exchanger is known for cooling a fluid with an air flow, the rotor of which is made in the form of coaxially fixed conical surfaces that form channels for the passage of fluid and gas lj. The disadvantage of the heat exchanger is a significant metal consumption. A rotary-type contact heat exchanger is also known, which includes a housing inside which is located the rotor in the form of a system of truncated cones connected from smaller bases to water distributors, and from large bases to a water collector - 2} The disadvantages of this heat exchanger are low heat exchange rates and large metal capacity. The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat exchange and reduce metal intensity. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a contact heat exchanger of a rotary type, comprising a housing inside which a rotor is located (in the form of a system of truncated cones connected from the side of smaller bases to the water distributors and from the side of large bases to the water collector, the truncated cones are inserted inside the collector and have perforations with the edges bent in the direction of the axis of rotation of the rotor. In Fig. 1 shows the proposed heat exchanger, longitudinal section; Fig. 2 - node I of Fig. 1. Contact heat exchange The rotary type IR contains a housing 1, inside which is located a rotor 2 in the form of a system of truncated cones 3 connected from the side of smaller bases to the water distributors 4, and from the side of large bases to the water collector 5, and the truncated cones 3 with their large bases inserted inside the collector 5 and have perforations with edges b, bent in the direction of rotation of the rotor 2. The heat exchanger is equipped with a drive 7 of the rotor 2, and the large bases of the truncated cones 3 are interconnected by stitches 8. The heat exchanger works as follows. The liquid flows through the water distributor 4 to the inner sides of the rotating truncated films of 1x cones 3 and spreads over them with a thin film, moving, mixing and cooling intensively, in the direction of their expansion. The cooled liquid, breaking off from the large bases of the truncated cones 3 placed in the cavities of the sump 5, is collected in it. The edges of the 6 holes, bent into the inside of the cones 3, promote the mixing of the liquid and prevent it from being ejected onto the subsequent cones 3. The cooling air with the water distributor 4, made in the form of axial fan blades, is injected into the annular channels formed, cools the liquid film and through the holes film-truncated cones 3, heated and humidified, are emitted into the atmosphere. The economic effect of using the proposed heat exchanger is obtained due to the intensification of heat exchange and the reduction of metal intensity.
