УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ОСТЕОСИНТЕЗА ОТЛОМКОВ НИЖНЕЙ ЧЕЛЮСТИ, содержащее пружин щий элемент S-образной формы, отличающеес тем, что, с целью надежной и точной фиксации костных отломков и предупреждени осложнений в послеоперационном периоде, на концах пружин щего элемента установлены перемычки с ножками. ч Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к травматологии, и предназначено дл остеосинтеза отломков кости нижней челюсти при ее переломах. Известно устройство дл остеосинтеза, выполненное в виде пружин щего элемента S-образной формы 1. Однако в случае работы отломков на изгиб при двух точках фиксации, применительно к нижней челюсти, данна система будет работать как шарнир и не обеспечит положенин отломков в заданном положении изза возможного поворота вокруг точек фиксации , т. е. система неустойчива к изгибу, а также известное устройство не обеспечивает совместную работу отломков нижней челюсти на сдвиг под действием мышц-антогонистов нижней челюсти. Цель изобретени - обеспечение надежной и точной фиксации костных отломков и предупреждение осложнений в послеоперационном периоде. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в устройстве дл остеосинтеза отломков нижней челюсти, содержащем пружин щий элемент S-образной формы, на концах пружин щего элемента установлены перемычки с ножками. На чертеже изображено устройство дл остеосинтеза отломков нижней челюсти, вид сверху. Устройство содержит пружин щий элемент 1 S-образной формы, на концах которого выполнены перемычки 2 с ножками 3, загнутые под одинаковым углом в сторону действи усили , создаваемого пружин щим элементом. Устройство работает следующим образом . В наружном кортикальном слое отломков нижней челюсти засверливают отверстие на рассто нии, превышающем промежуток по длине между ножками устройства на 1,0-1,5 мм. Перед введением ножек в отверстие пружин щий элемент раст гиваетс на соответствующую длину, после чего ножки ввод т в отверстие. При посадке устройства происходит сжатие пружин щего элемента (возврат в исходное положение) с развитием компрессионного усили в области перелома. Использование устройства показало, что оно надежно фиксирует отломки нижней челюсти и заживление проходит без какихлибо осложнений.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and is intended for the osteosynthesis of fragments of the mandible bone during fractures. The purpose of the invention is to ensure reliable and accurate fixation of bone fragments and the prevention of complications in the postoperative period. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for osteosynthesis of mandible fragments, which contain an S-shaped spring element, jumpers with legs are installed at the ends of the spring element. The drawing shows a device for osteosynthesis of the mandible fragments, top view. The device contains an S-shaped spring element 1, at the ends of which jumpers 2 with legs 3 are made, bent at the same angle in the direction of the force generated by the spring element. The device works as follows. In the outer cortical layer of the mandible fragments, a hole is drilled at a distance greater than the length of the device between the legs of the device by 1.0-1.5 mm. Before inserting the legs into the hole, the spring element is stretched to an appropriate length, after which the legs are inserted into the hole. When the device is seated, the spring element is compressed (return to the initial position) with the development of compression force in the fracture area. The use of the device showed that it reliably fixes the fragments of the lower jaw and the healing takes place without any complications.
