The invention relates to the non-destructive testing of materials by acoustic emission method and can be used to control the processes of crack formation under conditions of electromagnetic interference. A device for controlling products by acoustic emission is known, which contains a sequentially connected electroacoustic transducer, an amplifier and a driver, a pulse counter and a main intensity meter connected in series with an additional intensity meter, a comparator and a controlled electronic key, one input of which is connected to the output of the driver and the input of additional intensity meter, the other the input is with the output of the comparator, and the output is connected to the main Internet network and counter 1. The disadvantage of it is the low reliability of the control, due to the absence of blocks that protect the measuring path during the action of acoustic emission signals. The closest in technical essence to the invention is an acoustic emission device for controlling products, comprising a sensing element connected in series, a first amplifier and a first detector, n meters for measuring parameters of acoustic emission signals whose inputs are connected to the detector output, connected in series by an electromagnetic interference antenna, the second the amplifier and the second detector, n L2 recorders The disadvantage of it is the low control reliability due to the logic of the device, additional skakvdey the possibility of losing information mation at the time of the action of the electromagnetic interference. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of control by reducing the loss of useful information. This goal is achieved by the fact that an acoustic emission device for controlling products, containing connected in series a sensing element, a first amplifier and a first detector, n meters of parameters of acoustic emission signals, whose inputs are connected to the output of the detector, are connected sequentially to an electromagnetic interference antenna, the second the amplifier and the second detector, n registrars, are supplied with n measuring instruments of parameters of signals in terms of mech, whose inputs are connected to the output of the second detector and n subtractors, the inputs of each th of which are connected to the outputs of suitable pairs of gauges and outputs - with registrars. The drawing shows an acoustic emission device for controlling materials. The device contains connected in series the sensing element 1, the first amplifier 2 and the first detector 3, n meters 4-6 parameters of acoustic emission signals, the inputs of which are connected to the output of the detector, are connected in series to the antenna 7 of electromagnetic interference, the second amplifier 8 and the second detector 9, p recorders 10-12. It is also equipped with 13–15 parameters of interference signals, the inputs of which are connected to the output of the second detector 9 and 16–18 subtractors, the inputs of each of which are connected to the outputs of the corresponding pairs of meters 4–6, 13–15, and the outputs - with registrars 10-12. Each pair of meters 4 and 13, 5 and 14, 6 and 15 is designed to process the signal by one of the parameters, for example, the total number of pulses, amplitude, intensity. An acoustic emission device for controlling products works as follows. In the absence of electromagnetic interference, the electrical acoustic emission signal, amplified and detected, is fed to the inputs of the meters 4-6 and, having passed without change through the readout 16-18, goes to the corresponding recorders 10-12. When exposed to electromagnetic interference in the area of the monitored product, it is simultaneously captured by the sensing element 1 and the antenna 7. An additive mixture of the acoustic emission signal and electromagnetic interference enters the signal channel formed by blocks from the sensing element 1 to the subtractors 16-18 interference generated by the blocks from an-. Tens 7 to subtractors 16–18 — only electromagnetic interference that, like an acoustic emission signal, is processed by a second amplifier 8, a detector 9, meters 13–15, identical to the corresponding signal path blocks. At the outputs of the subtractors 16-18, differential signals are allocated that correspond to the measured acoustic emission parameters when an interference occurs on any part of the signal channel, the same effect is experienced by the interference channel, since they are structurally combined. Because the interference in the interference channel undergoes the same transformations as in the signal channel, then in the subtractors 16-18, the interference is almost completely compensated.
